Because my move-in date got delayed, I needed to extend my reservation another day. I called in and explained my situation to a representative. I told them that I could return it by 8pm the next day, which was the cut off for 24 hrs but that it would be very tight and stressful for me. They were very understanding and told me that, since it was an after hours drop off, I would not be charged for an extra day if I was a little late. This gave me such relief and I was very grateful for the extra time. However, when I got my bill today I saw I was charged for an extra day anyway. Had I known that would be the case I would have rushed along the process to get it in on time. I have used U-Haul for MANY moves and I’m a little discouraged by this situation.

The truck smelled like mildew. Also the truck shake very bad when driving on the interstate, bad windshield wipers that need to be changed. Also I was charged a whole extra day for 1 and a half hours for after my drop off time which I informed the lady at the front office that it was raining could barely see due to the windshield wipers and the rain and would not accommodate

I waited 4 hours for the truck, didn't get a call back from the place I rented from to say that the system was up and running since it was down when I went there to get the truck. I was not offered anything for the inconvenience, I really feel like a good amount should have been taken off my bill because I had to jump through hoops that day. I went to another location, no help. When I did get a call from CS, she advised to go back up the road as opposed to the original place, glad I did both because I ended up getting the truck from the original location I rented from. It pushed my plans behind.

The truck was a line above E when I got it so that’s how I brought it back and I was still charged for gas $30. I called complained no response back from management.

idid fill up the gas tank to full before i return the truck , now i am get a request for $60 to fill up the truck , this not my first time renting a truck i do it offend and i do what's required to returning the truck clean and fillit up

The reservation was last minute due to an issue at another location, the attendant was helpful and went above to compensate for the previous inconvenience. The process was quick, the attendant walked to look at the truck with me and the equipment and truck were both in great condition.

I could not finish my move because I was having issues with truck the check engine light came on. And it seem like the truck was struggling to drive so had to return earlier than I expected

The signage for parking returned trucks was incorrect and the personnel wanted the truck and trailer left in two different areas of the front lot. However, the signage pointed to the back and there was little to maneuver to turn around. I had to leave the truck in the middle of the back lot for personnel to drive to the appropriate areas.

When returning the truck - the U-Haul app did not pick up my location and I was unable to check in via mobile device. This is not an issue for the location but an issue with the app itself. Even when I allowed my location for the app, I was unable to check the truck in.

I would not recommend Uhaul to no one, I reserved my rental 2months in advance. You guys changed my location. I called to confirm the location and they said they wouldn’t be able to see my reservation until the day of pickup. I called several times to confirm my rental and was told it will be available the day of my reservation. The day of my reservation I received a call stating my Uhaul will not be available until 5:30pm my event time was 5pm. You guys sent me to another location and when I got to the new location they said they didn’t have any UHAUL trucks. I was on the phone forever trying to get help. Finally, the lady found a truck at the mini storage location. The rep at the mini storage was very nice & helpful but Uhaul sucks. I returned my truck to the location it said on the website which was the wrong location. I called customer service and Teresa was very rude and nasty. She kept saying the return location is on my contract which it was not… it only showed that I picked it up there. I based the return on what you guys had on my account. I ended up being late because of that and you guys charged me $27 . I hate Uhaul and will be use you guys again. I will never recommend you guys to anyone. This has been the worst experience ever. The lady (not Teresa) claim she was going to give me a $50 reservation credit and of course I didn’t get it.

The team member was professional and polite gave us the information we needed provide us with insurance and contract for vehicle. We got the vehicle got our job done and returned it by 1:30 pm at convenience of key drop. The contract was adjusted for the fewer miles we drove and a final receipt was emailed to Me thanks for a pleasant no hassle experience

I do believe they may need to work on their customer service. I dropped off vehicle and trailer. But I was also told I have to park trailer in its proper parking spot and the vehicle as well. And if I couldn’t do that then I had to go to another location. Very poor service. I should been able to drop off and not have to do that.

Arrived to someone's residence..very dark and uninviting feeling..other uhaul trailer and a truck was on-site so I figured I was in the right drop location...a female begins yelling down from the patio to separate trailer and truck..I told her I didn't put it together and wasn't sure how to separate the unit..she said if I couldn't I'd have to drop it at a different location and went inside..10 minutes later a guy showed up and helped me..apparently he lived there too and said she knew exactly how to break down the unit, he works for her.

Mileage and gas was listed wrong on paper work, key to truck wasn’t available per mobile instructions. No one was available in the office to assist which caused me to have to push back my reservation and delayed my move, this was the worst experience ever, I will say the uhaul manger did help as much as possible.

Give someone a truck that doesn’t have mechanical issues try to help the customer just don’t make a sell and try to get ppl out of the door care about they’re travel do your best to make sure it’s not the company or your fault we don’t make it safe and sound.

Wasn’t pleased with the uhaul I received this weekend. This location is usually great, but this time, the back of the uhaul was torn up, there was an old tire and jack still in the back, and the service and tire pressure lights were on! I had to sweep out the uhaul before I could place my belongings!

Clean the trucks. When I picked up the truck it was on E with the has light on. I inside was filthy. The transmission is going out, the truck stayed in the same gear the whole time. I was a nervous wreck on the road thinking that the truck would turn off. This was absolutely unexceptionable and I will never rent from this location again
