My rental was filthy when I picked it up, and they charged me for cleaning it.

KASSONDRA D.Customer service was horrible! The manager was rude and I accommodating. I had an 8:00 reservation but was told I had to wait 30-35 minutes to be serviced due to the manager not knowing about my reservation. He decided to help another customer instead which told 40 minutes. I waited patiently and the customer thanked me for being patient but the manager ignored the fact. I had already checked in online so when he did decide to assist me it took approximately 5 minutes. All in all, the service at this location was very poor and non-accommodating. I know next time!
Tylita H.1. Have all the equipment that was reserved. We reserved a 20' truck & dolly. No dolly. Other UHaul centers have furniture pads & dolly in the truck. 2. Don't post the guarantee - (If we can't fulfill your reservation then we will pay you $50.) unless you're willing to keep it. 3. We were told to go to another UHaul center to get our equipment. So we & our referrals should just go to the other UHaul center. 4. Since the truck was dirty & NOT swept out upon receipt we didn't bother since we were exhausted from the move and disappointed with the service. Of course we were charged.

Zachary K.Booked a 15' truck online 1 day before our rental date. Truck was clean and ready when we came to pick it up. The truck we rented was quite new, it only had 500 miles on it. Loading ramp was easy to use. The location was closed around 3pm and a sign said they would be back at 3:30pm, but you can drop off the keys in a box to return the truck. Was sent the finalized bill the next day by email. Would book at this location again if needed.

Armando E.Wish you had hourly rates. We only needed the truck for an hour, but found out that someone else wanted it that day. So, we turned the key in 1.5 hours after we rented it so they could get it. Seems wrong to rent the same truck twice for the exact same 24 hour period. Guess we should have kept the key for the whole day? Or, only been charged for the 60 minutes we had it. That would be nicer.

Wenxin N.1) Someone had smoked in the truck so it was smelly. 2) I booked online and picked up using the Uhaul App at about 7.30am. The truck was ready and I assumed that the furniture dolly, moving pads and appliance dolly I had ordered were also in the back of the truck. THEY WERE NOT! This is really frustrating because the Uhaul app should ask or allow you to rent additional equipment if they cannot be provided by the pick-up time! I didn't realize I didn't have what I had reserved until after arriving at the apartment to move. Uhaul should deliver the items to me rather than me having to spend money and time returning to pick up stuff that had been paid for. As of today I haven't received a notice stating that money for things I rented but were unavailable have been returned to me. The problem was not with the location, it is with your system. It is flawed and that is really annoying. I want my money back.
James B.I arrived in Redlands after 6pm on 12/5/2018 and I called (909) 253-0598 for A Storage Place, no answer and they had already closed at 5pm. I called the Henderson, NV U-Haul (702) 568-6797 and spoke to Deja. She informed me that there was no after hours drop-off. I left the truck overnight in Redlands. On 12/6, I called (800) Go U-Haul and spoke to Allen @ 9:59 to 10:08am. Allen was very short and rude. At 12:17pm I confirmed with A Storage Place / Anthony (909) 675-1607 that the 20 foot truck was returned and he will correct their contact # for future customers.

I only had the vehicle for approx. 30 minutes and only drove seven miles (3.5 miles and return trip). Sales rep at location attempted to charge an additional ±$30.00 dollars for fuel. He became upset when I explained that amount does not make sense. He finally removed whatever additional fuel fee was attempted to be imposed; however, the sales rep was still overly upset that I was questioning such an unreasonable amount.
Eric H.My card was charged three consecutive times on 7/5/18 for $66, $111, and another $116. i rented a truck on 7/3/18 and returned the truck and droped off the key where I got it from later that night of 7/3/18. I got insurance for the truck from uhaul and i gassed it up the same level it was earlier.
benjamin D.Everything was perfect. Check in was quick and easy. Reserving the vehicle ahead of time speeds up the process. Minimal paperwork and the truck was the perfect size for the job. I love the check in process upon returning the vehicle right there in the parking lot. Very low cost overall.

Caron S.The location was great, the first U-Haul I tried to rent had was on empty(I was given a gas credit) and when I tried to fill it with gas I found that it had a huge gas leak and gas went spilling all over the gas station. So I luckily got the truck back to the storage facility and now had to rent another truck. This time I did NOT get any credit but had to pay full price!! According to my credit card transactions I've been charged twice for one truck rental and lost hours of my day with u-haul. I would like to be compensated some how. I will be calling during regular business hours
