I feel every truck should have gas. They tell you put $40.00 and you will get it back. They do not tell you have to call customer servise then wait and you might get it back. Other wise i could of just put what i needed and it would have been cheaper. All uhauls should have at least a quarter tankDarlene M.

Did not like doing it digitally at all, my internet had problems and then the app said it could not confirm location. So fail there. 2nd I had to take pics of the truck before and after to show damage that was previously there. ** With out location verification it would not let me do anything.. took me over an hour and a half to correct the problem trying to check the truck out and half that time logging it back in. When I was in the process of renting a truck, the 2 men only spoke in their language. I should have walked out, but I had already paid for the truck. They had newer trucks up front, but the man went all the way to the back & drove it to the front. When I went up the first 2 hills, the AC stopped working. I had my 2 little dogs with me & I had to drive 2 days through AZ. desert with the windows down. My left arn got badly burned. My arm was dark red, it was a 2nd degree burned. I couldn't get the insurance on it, because they wanted $200.00 for it. I am still angry about my experience. I honestly don't want to rent from U-Haul again. Sandra NimmoSandra N.

This location does not ask you if you would like the OPTIONAL insurance coverage, so if you choose to go here (and I have no idea why you would) then make sure they don't scare you into getting their insurance as it is not required as they will lie to you and tell you it is. This was a horrible experience for me, but thanks to Sara, the manager and some other customer service representatives on the phone, my experience became a little bit better. Thanks SaraIvore W.

Ordered an open trailer. Way in advance. I had already moved out of California for work. My 74 yr mother had to drive from Victorville to Highland to pick it up. She wad necessary. to pulling a trailer and you sent her 50 miles away to pick it up. Very, Very disappointed in your company. Will not be using you again and will tell others about it. I signed up online for a self pick up so my son could get the truck 40 miles away from me. He wasn't able to get it even though I added him on the information. It took 4 hours to get the truck and drive off. We had to stop at gas station as on empty and warning lite on. I plan to use another company next time.lora L.

Just make sure all equipment is accounted for when rented and double checked and maybe even pictures taken with customer as they retrieve the equipment for backup so there are never issues of property missing or never retrieved by customerMarcetta M.
