Make sure to go through the app and add all needed info. The site is not set up for contactless pick up and staff is not urgent.

JUSTIN GThe problem we had was NOT with the local Pick Up location … the equipment was not up to U-Haul Mechanical standards in our opinion and we did not feel comfortable using it for the moving of our boxes back to Michigan … therefore we switched Trucks in Missouri

Todd BVery good service, this location offered to help me correct a problem where the pickup location had recorded the incorrect fuel level which added another $57.22 to my bill that should not have been charged. I sent a picture of the pickup location fuel level and mileage to 4 Your Stuff Storage who said they would help which was very much appreciated.

Jan MThe U-Haul in Granite City I made reservation for a 15 ft U-Haul truck and they gave me a 14 ft truck I called her the day before to let her know can I come in at 7:30 she said yes no problem when I got there at 7:25 I called her she's I'll be there in a few minutes she wind up coming at 8:20 a.m. on the 22nd of March then she had computer problems and she didn't give me a printout of what the gas was she told me it was full come to find out I did 48 miles from 4080 Kathy Drive in Granite City to 5312 and North Illinois when I came back to fill up the tank it cost me $42.07 she lied and then she going to give me the paper after I get back and show that it said full if it was full why did I have to pay $42 I want my money back plus I had to keep the moving people to load and unload at the destination was a four hour cycle but it want to turn on the 5 hours and I paid $150 so they can help me he put his stuff put some of my stuff in his car I had to call my girlfriend to wind up putting stuff in her car then I had to come back the next day and put stuff in my car so it talk cost me additional 150 plus 22 dollars and gas I am not happy my number is 618-691-46569 p r e n s a

David LThe original rental location closed unexpectedly due to weather, but the rep called me and redirected my reservation to 4 Your Stuff Storage and the friendly staff there got me squared away in no time, despite the bitter cold and the snow on the ground! My trip took a little longer than expected (again, due to the snow), but we brought the trailer back and checked-in. A+ service, I would definitely use this location again!

morgan sAt 11:00 am on Sunday the facility was not open like it should have been. I waited 30 mins and still no one was there. I ended up doing self drop off but wish someone would had been there to do their job as I had agreed to.

Your website on the other hand is absolutely ridiculous the way it adds things to the cart and misleads people into buying the insurance and misc. moving materials. Like wtf happened to integrity? I swear corporations in the us need a reality check. Again just to clarify the location was perfect corporate u-haul fuck off
Jacob WIt took over an hour to get trailer rented. There was no one there to assist or even supervise hooking up of trailer. There was only 1 trailer in the city & it was larger than I wanted or needed. Store hours very inconvenient.

BHARAT PWe were supposed to pick our truck up at 8:30am dealer wasn't there we waited for almost an hour still no dealer finally some came by the dealer and called them. The truck still had to be checked in before we could rent it. 30 minutes later the dealer rented the truck to me over the phone. The bed of the truck was filthy.

Robert PJudy just needs a little more computer training. She was wonderful, but kept getting caught on computer steps.
Shaun MDid not have or ever carry furniture pads. I ordered 5. Lady did not know how to finish check in with us on her phone. I had to help her. The location is not easily located or advertised. Besides the 1/2 hour check in once we found it, everything went fine.
