U-Haul needs to be aware of how bad a location can be (Hidden Treasure - 3116 Johnston Cir, Brunswick, GA 31520). This location (Hidden Treasure - 3116 Johnston Cir, Brunswick, GA 31520) should NOT listed as a dealer! Talk about a bad presentation of the organization! I made a reservation online to pick-up on Wednesday 12-6-23 at 12:00 PM. Got to the location & the 10" Truck on sitting outside in front on the building. HOWEVER, the building was closed & run down surrounded by abandoned buildings in a run down neighborhood. The sign on the door said would return at 6:00 PM! The hours posted online said Wed. 10 am to 2 pm. I got on the phone & coordinated with the 3003 Scarlett Storage location in Brunswick who provided the truck I had a reservation for. When I got to this location, many vehicles were on the lot but the gates to this location were locked. I called the location & the gentleman I spoke to said he would be there in 5 minutes. Once he arrived everything was perfect. The bottom line was that this whole experience created a significant delay in getting a vehicle even though I put all of my information in online prior to going out to pick it up.

They were not open on a Saturday afternoon, no personnel. It was difficult to find. Just a big open parking lot. Sure hope they have cameras to monitor activity. Did not feel overly confident dropping off here.

I returned a trailer after hours. The address was closed, not easily found, and it was a fenced storage area with a security gate. I had to leave the trailer in a parking lot which made me uneasy because it seemed like it could be stolen. Except for a helpful individual I would never have found the location.

I appreciated Aaron's help and assistance. He was friendly and courteous. I was nervous about renting a u-haul to drive for the first time and he gave me lots of pointers.
