The only bad thing is being a female alone, you CANNOT unhook a 12 ft trailer without a dolly or a Jack. I think there should be someone or something so it's not an issue. I got lucky and another guy stopped to help me!SHERRY B.

The location of the rental and staff are phenomenal. The equipment had major mechanical issues that need to be addressed by U-Haul. That truck should not be rented again until it is repaired.BRANDY W.

When I told him what an ordeal I had been through with this rental, he even apologized, when it had nothing to do with the drop off, only the preliminary pickup of all the equipment. I booked a cargo van using the mobile pick up/drop off option. The app glitched and forced me to repeat photo and information submissions several times at pick up and drop off. Someone from the office texted me to let me know that cell service may be an issue, but it was practically non-existent. That combined with the fact that you need to be geo-located to the office to complete pick up or drop off made the what should have been quick and easy a frustrating and hours-long ordeal of driving around the parking lot trying to find cell service to complete the process. If the office is aware that cell service is an issue, they should not offer the mobile service!Hai V.

I was not made aware the location was closed prior to arrival. I had to do a mobile check in and there was terrible service at the location. I wasted 45 minutes trying to pick up the truck. Then when I got home the utility dolly was not on the truck and I have been charged for it.Kelvin H.

Took 25 minutes to check in on the mobile app. The store actually opened before I could get checked in so wasted 30 minutes. The cargo area of the truck was fairly clean but the cab had not been cleaned in recent weeks. Not a big deal but in this Covid environment it was a bit concerning. Had to wipe the entire cab down with antibacterial wipes to feel comfortable.Sam F.

Got there at 4pm to turn truck in day early. They were already closed but sign said 430.Mary M.
Location was not where the maps said it was. I was told google maps did not work with the location and would not get me there. I was then told they were closing at 1:30 and to leave keys in box. Supposedly open until 4 per U-haul site. He was there when I arrived after 1:30 at the door. He took keys repeated check me in tomorrow while not getting off the phone. I got receipt within 30 minutes and was dinged for gas, $8.50 for two gallons. I filled it past where I got it before driving around for 20 minutes, see above. I reserved my 26' truck over a month before pick up date online. The night before pick up I was called to tel me my chosen location did not have the truck I reserved and that it was now going to be in a location that was 15 miles out of my way. The person on the phone informed me that the online reservation didn't mean the truck would actually be available at the chosen location. After changing my plans and driving to the Columbiana location I was surprised to find no one working at the location, the doors were locked and there wasn't even a 26' truck at the location had someone been there to let me rent it. I called the corporate dispatch and they informed me that the person returning the truck I ordered was late and they would try and find another location. Late or not doesn't change that no one was at the pick up location. The corporate person then told me a 26' truck was located at my original location that I had reserved online and I was able to drive back to that location to get the truck and hour and a half after my original reserved time that I spent driving 30 miles round trip for nothing. Overall the customer service interface between the website and uhaul is terrible and I was not impressed. The truck once I got it was fine.Jonathan E.

I was charged significantly more than my reservation said i would be. Then the agent seperated my truck and trailer into two seperate purchases when they did not have the truck and trailer at the place the reservation was made for. On top of it all the charges on the receipt are 51.00 less that what i was actually charged. I am very upset and feel that i have been cheated and conned at every chance, Terrrible. Just terrible. Jason went above and beyond what he needed to do to help us with our rental. There were some issues with picking up the rental and returning it through the app. He helped us secure the rental by making the necessary adjustments to our order and then he contacted me after hours to help with the return. He didn't have to do that but he chose to do so. We usually rent a U-Haul every other week to help deliver food to our food pantry. We will do everything in our power to rent through this location from this point forward.Brandy W.
