Improve the service for the trucks to be fixed the brakes was really bad and the steering wheel was very loose as I could explain it you could turn but it wasn't turning into you really put the too much play in the steering wheel.Charlotte M.

I was told the vehicle was available at my desired location. Then had to drive 14 miles further to get the truck (that I was charged for). When I was told â€œanytime tomorrow just drop the keys in the boxâ€ I returned the truck 20 minutes after close. The next day I was charged an additional $90 for a full extra day. Absolutely unacceptable and I'll never use this again. When I called to have someone explain the charge I was on hold for over 20 minutes. Than got Attitude about some online check in that I was never made aware of. Also my truck was dirty when I got it. I have pictures of my stuff after touching it's floors.Cory S.

I wasn't asked to read or sign anything then the gentleman wanted me to leave without him looking inside. I insisted on staying and being present as he opened the door and said everything looks good. The cashier at Ace was much more friendly and helpful. I felt like an inconvenience for the gentleman. I insisted on a paper copy of the receipt and the gentleman complained . Said my email would be good enough. He complained he didn't have enough room for all these uhaul returns.Sheila P.

I don't understand it wasn't the location but me ordering the truck, I was expecting to spend $20 for a truck, not $60, I has to do it online and u has to pick how many miles I didnt know so I put 15 because it would let u go any further until I picked the miles and the uhaul places milage and I was charged 12.89 for miles wen if I would've been able to rent without the Miles I I wouldn'tve been charged that xtra ....not rightAlichia M.

Location has a 10 foot fence around its lot to keep the tugs out and to stop them for stealing and damageing property including the U-Haul trucks so that being said there's no real way to safety leave a truck early once done forcing you to keep the the truck till the ace hardwares stores next business day which in my case was the whole weekend till Monday. Staff were nice but just a bad location and almost 40 more miles round trip I'm being billed then my 1st location I requested. So that's 40 more miles I have to pay because of the change of location because of U-Haul not me. Truck leaked, all my cloths were wet which cost me more money and time to clean and rehang. Only reason I went to Gary is because I originally did it online to pick up in Lake Station but even though I had a copy it was not listed in Lake Station nor any place else. Lake Station called around until they found a truck for us. 2nd time this has happened now.Stephen J.

I reserved my rental at one location so I could leave my car and pick it up later. at the last minuet i was told they did not have my rental there and my reservation was moved 20 miles away in a not so good area. I had to make arrangements to move my car and pickup the rental I would suggest that next time if they cant keep their obligation they should make arrangements to have the equipment moved where the reservation was madeChristopher E.
