The lockbox system needs to upgraded. Due to the cold weather it was very difficult to open the lock to retrieve the vehicle key. Other than that the process was not bad at all.Bernadette A.

Arrived and no sign of staff at the desk. What is usually a five minute process took over half an hour, delaying a time sensitive move out of my building and making everything unnecessarily stressful and rushed. The van also was not in great condition unlike what was pictured and cargo door was difficult to shut properly. Staff are not/half wearing masks. They were nice but would not come to this location again.Eunice L.
The employees were clearly not very well trained, Although they were polite. Despite checking in online, it took 20-30 minutes to get the keys to the van. I got very poor instructions. I was very confused throughout the drop off process as well. Additionally, I was overcharged on fuel. I drove ten miles, and filled up one gallon. I bring the car back and they charge me a $30 fuel service fee in addition to 3 gallons of fuel. How could it possibly be 3 gallons when I drove and you wrote down that I drove 10 miles? When we arrived to pick up the truck no one was there and there for 40 minutes so we had to wait and then they said we had to bring the truck back in 2 1/2 hours even though we rented it for 3. We then missed our elevator times with the buildings and it took us much longer than expected to move our items.Jeannette D.

Scary, impossible to find even with GPS. No sign at the street, it's part of some giant storage facility. No one works there. We called the number on our invoice, no one answers. Terrifying. Do not refer people to this facilitymolly M.

Facility opened at 9 am there wasn't anyone in the office to pick up the truck had to call uhaul customer service to switch to mobile pick up. Major delay.Michael M.
Why is this the top recommended Uhaul location in the area if it isn't even stocked with Uhaul equipment (there was no dollies, furniture pads, any of the other things listed on the website) and there is only one employee working at any time, despite a large flow of customers. I lost over an hour at this location waiting for service.Tyler W.
Located in a desolate,dark potentially dangerous dropoff location. Tried to call location all day and was on hold for hours. Very bad choice by Uhaul to use this location as an after hours dropoff location for out of town dropoffs. The area should be better lit and secure.Eli A.
