My recent experience at your facility was completely unacceptable. I was overcharged for my rental and despite multiple requests, have yet to receive a final, itemized receipt. The location closed early, preventing me from returning the truck as scheduled, and the hand trucks I ordered were not available. I was assigned a larger truck than I had reserved, leading to unnecessary fuel expenses, and the truck's side mirror was cracked, posing a safety hazard. To add insult to injury, an additional $120 was charged to my account without any explanation. This combination of overcharges, lack of transparency, equipment issues, and disregard for customer service demonstrates a severe lack of professionalism and respect. I demand a full refund of all overcharges, including the unexplained $120 fee, a formal written apology, and immediate corrective action to prevent similar experiences for future customers.

Michelle CI was charged $50 for gas and i see the reciept is marking empty on the gas. However, i not obly paid for gas and put it way above the limit and I also have the reciept for it. Can you please fix this issue and refund the gas fees?

Carmen MThey didn't have the van we wanted and had to a truck which needed an oil change - that made us feel if the truck was going get stuck somewhere - they didn't have any of the items we asked for (ie. dolly, furniture clothe) - The price was more than what the original total was when ordered on line.
