The gas station attendant refused to help as he was busy with the gas station. If you are going to be renting out trucks from this location then you need to at least have 2 gas employees at all times or 1 uhaul rep with gas attendant at all times.Katrina C.

I was told to leave because there was no space to park the truck despite this being my dropoff location. I had to wait until a taxi driver moved his cab before I could park the truck. Even then I was told to find another spot or come back tomorrow.ALAKHSHENDRAMANO S.

Van wasn't clean after other customer had rented...chair was full of cat hair... Plus I check my online checking..the usual company charge me gas money to my credit card..wen I I returned my rental. The truck I rented has water leak from the cargo area roof. It is nearly impossible to see the leak when not raining at the time I picked up the truck. But it started raining later after we finished loading of truck, the water leak led to water damage of my stuff in the cargo area. I have noted water leak with photos in the truck return process.RUI T.

Your website is very misleading, not transparent, and I will never recommend anyone using your services. The order process did not mention paying for gas. Also- I ordered a utility cart online and even personally made sure on the phone I will have one- but no cart was available on spot. Just a big disgrace.Helena L.
Unfortunately, the location seemed understaffed and one staff member was pumping gas as well as trying to serve UHaul customers leading to long wait times for everyone. Having a second staff member present will help speed things up.KOFI MAWULI D.

The gentlemen who work at that Gas station are super and very hospitable. I must say, you guys "Uhaul" stepped it up with the vehicle upgrades and applying the mirror cam on the back rear and the signifying right mirrow! Excellent! I like the classic radio and not allow to play just what we want to hear and be in touch with whats out there and be normal!. Thank you!JHONNY H.

The claim to have 24/7 pick up with mobile, which they do not. They have a live attendant who manages the gas station 24/7. He refused to help us. We were there 45 minutes before he even agreed to call the manager who came over shortly before the Uhaul hours opened to give us our key (sitting on the counter). Antonio was the employee was extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to help us. Resulted in 1 hour delay to us using our loading dock elevator at our building in Manhattan and caused significant delays to loading our van and drive to Boston. Equipment was not cleaned or inspected. One of the side mirrors was cracked. When the manager arrived he was nice and helpful, but that was an hour after our pick up and he employs some of the most unhelpful and disrespectful people (Antonio). In addition, we had requested furniture pads and cart 4 months in advance and they were not available.JACOB H.

This is a joke of a location. Despite reserving blankets and a dolly, the guy just said that they are out. Aside from missing items, this location is poorly managed and looks terrible.AVI B.
I had reserved a dolly and furniture pads, but they did not have any dollies available even though I had made my order over a week in advance. When I arrived 15 minutes before my rental time, I was told no dollies were available because they are first come first serve. This made moving out of our 3rd floor walk-up extremely difficult, especially since my partner has had a previous back injury. The location should ensure they have surplus of dollies available, since most of the apartments in the nearby area are walk-ups, and should prioritize reservations made in advance as otherwise there is no point in having a reservation system,Tate S.
The proprietor was rude, stand offish and difficult to understand. In many ways I believe he also is misleading concerning prices and products. I reserved a dolly and upon my arrival I was informed that it was not available. If I had another alternative I would have left then as I had two flights of stairs to move up. Then I was mislead on the billing, as to how it was priced out. I would never rent from this proprietor again and I would certainly consider other alternatives prior to using Uhaul again based on the premise that he is supported by Uhaul in his efforts to be difficult and confusing.KENNETH H.

I think this location "U-haul" is the only Gas Station location in NY, NY. Which made the fill-up not only convenient, painless!Francis N.

The attendant was incredibly rude and not helpful. I dropped the truck off after having spoken to the manager the day before. He reassured me that I could drop the uhaul off after ours. I completed the self checkout and couldn't find the drop box for the keys. The attendant told me that I couldn't leave the truck there and that I had to leave. He eventually let me leave the truck however it took a lot of back and forth. Very poor experience. I was with my parents who are in their 70's and it was an incredibly awkward position to be in.DANIELPIERRE W.
