The clerk at the gas station he was rude and when asked to explain why they were over charging me he was short with me and my daughter and when he started to tell me they over charge me is because they didn't put it in the system yet that I return the uhaul so when I asked why didn't they he started to mumbling in his Indian language to his other co worker and then try to get me out the store saying that the uhaul guy from customer service is going to do it and that it takes 5 mins so I said that I'll wait but they started to go back and forth while I'm waiting over 10 mins now and when asked why it was taking so long they guy in the store started to raise his voice and getting loud with me saying it's taking time so this whole time they had no idea that I was on the phone with customer service from uhaul who's letting me know how I can go in the app and she will walk me through how to do the return so when the guy in the store heard that he then threaten me that they are going to blacklist me from renting uhaul and the uhaul customer service heard the entire conversation and noted it in the account how poorly they treated me and apologize for their actions but within a few mins they corrected my account and charged me the right price which was $40 instead of $124. It's funny how they were taking forever to fix my account but once they heard the lady from uhaul customer service all of a sudden my account was fix in just a few mins. I will never rent a Uhaul from 75 Washington St Poughkeepsie ever again. They are rip offs and I wonder how many other people they've done that to and didn't give them their money back.

Local vendor, not a U-Haul-owned location. It was a gas station. "Inviting" is not a word I would use for any gas station and "clean" is relative.

Loritza MWorst service ever got charged didn’t even use the truck
Ronell JUpon returning the truck, there was no drop box to place the key. I was delayed because of the uncertainty of where to return the key. Overall, a very negative experience returning the truck. The truck share program has a lot to improve.
