Robert M.I rented the car dolly and the ratchet strap needed wd40 sprayed on it just to get it were it would ratchet. Im a truck driver so i see that all the time and was used to doing that from time to time. But other renters might not know what to do. Or mightt not have acess to lubricant. Other than that very minor thing everything went smooth.
