I think walk ins should be considered 1st come 1st serve. I understand some people put a reserve on their's but I couldn't reserve due to your website. I requested to reserve and was sent an email for boxing or how to pack verses about rates which made no sense because I was there to purchase, I do not wish to keep going from one channel to another. I walked all the way there of course I could call, but after dealing with your website I was kind of upset and needed air. I was terribly pressed for time and needed a small 10 van. Then I called several times after being denied and was told that I had an arrangement in Eastlake the clerk gave me location Eastlake and phone number. Sadly....I forgot about the eastlake further down and went to the one IO previously done business with and he said it was some ways away.....I wasn't going to walk. My brother and I was on the phone and the people there seemed so discombobulated that walking another mile when one was right there was no option for me I walked from Pinson to 1st bus stop in the sun. No more sending email rates just open the page and register or reserve on the side some walk-ins. I appreciate the other guy so much for not having me to walk all the way to the other one saved me a trip.

john rThe only issues I had was with the U-Haul app. The pickup process was confusing. The app never told me what the unlock code was. I called customer support and was put on hold for 20 mins before they hung up on me. Chat was the only way I was able to get my rental. When returning the rental the app's camera feature couldn't capture the odometer numbers. Then once I was able to get past that I started taking the pictures of the outside of the rental then the app closed and didn't bring me back in to finish the return process. I would rate the app experience a 1 star at best.
Larry CNot there fault I was told a different location to pick up car hauler then y’all moved it so I had to waste more time and my gas not a very good business practice I have always used U-Haul will probably give someone else a try next time

Debby KWe specifically chose our first location pick up in a safer area of town and closer to our home and we were not notified of the change for pick up until the day of rental that I noticed the change on the app for pick up and delivery. It put my daughter and son in-law in a bad position as they got lost but thankfully, found their way but a not safe area side of town at night. The location owners are fine but we did it choose the area. Uhaul did offer us a larger truck but it would have been too big for where we needed to load. Otherwise the customer service at Uhaul is good. Thank you. I just can't use Uhaul after this scary experience for our youngest daughter fb we and son in-law having to be the drivers.
Lynn HThe service and availability was generous. I just wish if a driver chooses coverage and returns the vehicle on time, meter on spot and no damage the driver is then refunded the $15 as a sign of good faith returned. Also there should not be estimates but solid numbers on the bill the first payment. So was I billed twice for the additional $5.77?

wilda aZings enterprise was an ok location, I recommend more signage to help make the location more approachable, and the gentleman who helped me check out was very polite. The location itself was an extreme inconvenience to my original truck reservation in Fultondale, AL. This location was 20 min from my originally booked truck/move-in location and 30 min away from my move-out location. This significantly increased my roundtrip mileage used.
Demitriah HReturned the truck with a 1/4 tank of gas, just like it had when I picked it up, but was charged $48 for a fuel surcharge…..🙄

Cynthia BHe gave my deposit to someone other than me and it wasn't returned in full. 57 dollars out of my 100 deposit was taken and I only had the truck for 2hrs and 20 miles and returned with over half a tank of gas. A little more than what it was when I got it

Deborah BMake sure customer knows exactly how much fuel is needed when returned. I didn't know that I needed to take a picture of gas tank meter, maybe give a paper form showing where gas amount should be replaced.
DEBRA RAt 9am I picked up the only truck on the lot. They didn't have any tie downs. I asked for a furniture cart and they gave me a dolly. When I returned, I told them I requested a furniture cart. A dolly didn't work for the furniture I was moving. I asked they to remove that charge and he said ok. He didn't remove the charge. I only went to this U-Haul because the other one didn't have the size truck I needed. I won't make that mistake again.
LARRY SBut I didn't have a dollie and it was very difficult to get my washer & dryer and some other things that was needed for the use of the dollie

USIEL GConsidered a "not so good" area of town. As a female, I didn't feel comfortable going alone to pick it up. And the process seemed to take a long time.
