Truck was filthy. Came with under a quarter tank of gas and I returned it with over a quarter tank yet still got charged an additional 2 gallons. Had to drive 66 miles to pick it up and had to pay for gas to drive it to my location. Very inconvenient.Lisa M.

When I rented this online I was suppose to pick it up in Belleville KS. The day before I was to pick it up, your office called and said I would have to pick it up in Beloit which was an hour away. So I scheduled pick up for 8 AM which was when the Beloit office was to open. No one showed up until 9 AM. I called your 1-800 number and they could not get ahold of the Beloit office. I was happy to receive a discount for my troubles.James M.
The U-Haul dealership in concordia Kansas Mike's automotive was well below any kind of performance I would not recommend them to anyone they were rude they did not want to help very unprofessional and the lady that called me to tell me that my trailer was not available was also rude those people should be reprimanded I will never recommend any want to go use a U-Haul dealership from Mike automotiveâ€˜s in concordia Kansas.DONALD R.

Reserved a 6x12 van trailer. Upon arrival trailer was found to be dirty on the exterior with multiple areas of the exterior finish scratched and faded. The trailer number located on the front was extremely faded and almost unreadable. The trailer hook up chains were twisted around each other and around the tongue of the trailer. The Ace Hardware employee had a difficult time connecting the safety chains. The Ace Harwarw had an extremely limited selection of trailer and towing accessories available. I needed a 7 blade to 4 flat adapter, which the location did not have stocked. I was unable to establish contact with the location prior to arrival as they did not return phone calls. The Ace Hardware employee commented that the trailer must have been a drop off. The interior of the van trailer had grass, straw, and dirt all over the floor and the a pungent odor of something rotting when the door was opened. The fact that the interior had not been at least swept out and the chain connections were not prepped is proof that the trailer was in fact not checked at all by the location.WILLIAM J.

There seemed to be some confusion with employees not knowing how to help with reserving a u haul. It took a long time to get a reservation made. Then when I went to pick it up there was still more that had to be processed before I could take the van. It worked out in the end but perhaps more training should be done.Kristin L.

U-haul had not updated our delivery--so the drop off was not expecting us and I could not use the app...the agent however was very helpful.Wade M.
When I went to pickup the trailer and checked the lights, there was no left turn signal. The person who came out of the store said he didn't know how to test it, I showed him how to disconnect the wiring plug but all he did was try to reconnect the bulb, he could not do that, so I did . Blinker didn't he just told me to use hand signals and walked back to the store. When I went into the store to finish paperwork, everyone in the store thought it was a big joke that the turn signal did not work, Very unprofessional and very disappointed.Beneil L.
