Just take care of the truck and provide the service for the trucks............Maintenance was poor to the extent that I could have lost my life, due to the fact that the bracks give out on the 15 foot truck twice ,at the stop light and the church parking lot. The truck rolled in the intersection as I was putting on bracks, the same thing happened in the church parking lot .Denise H.

Upon driving the van, I noticed that the seat sensor kept going off â€¦ I mentioned it to my son (passenger) and he noticed that the seatbelt lock was broken and took a picture. As time went on, the belt unfastened itself which made me feel very uncomfortable, and there was nothing I could do because I was in the middle of the move.Miranda J.

I do not understand why I was charged so much more for this rental to return to my home in WV. Four months ago I rented the same size truck, going the same distance, from WV to MD, with no issues on the return of the truck, I was accessed no extra fees, I was on time returning the rental and without any incidents, but I was charged a third of the price going versus coming. I asked them at my pick up location why there was such a huge difference in price and she said supply and demand. That makes no sense to me when it should be the same price based on the distance you travel. I will not be returning as a customer if this is how this company does business. I contacted this company and made a ticket to look into this and no body ever responded to me about it! I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied in this company as I have been a loyal customer thus far, and I was not even given a response.Julie C.

Wanda is great. However your app is lacking. Very hard to navigate and was not working . Had to try several tunes to check in and ended up waiting until 9 to check in inside the office. Also, pick up time was 8am and they had it recorded as 9. It made the day difficult. Again, Wanda was amazing!KATHRYN Y.
If it had not been for Leslie I don't know what I would've done on Saturday. I reserved a vehicle almost a month ago to move but apparently reserved it at a location that was closed. I didn't receive a notification that this location was closed since I was doing mobile I guess. I called U-Haul 5 different times (totaling a hour) trying to get the situation taken care of before speaking with one of the rudest customer service agents I've ever encountered who basically told me if I couldn't make it work on the app she couldn't do anything. I nearly gave up at that point but called again and found an angel in Leslie. Not only did Leslie reschedule my reservation she made sure I got the information via text and email and was in the process of transferring me to the location via phone when we got disconnected. Leslie called me back within 5mins to make sure I got all the information I needed. I only had one day to move and I was very appreciative that Leslie made sure I got what I needed after a very rough morning. Thanks again Leslie!Courtney C.

I made a Mobile App reservation for 8:00 am. Someone changed it to 9:00 am, which was the time the facility opened. My reservation also included the rental for 2 Utility Dollies. The facility did not have any, which made me have to find a dolly at a higher price. I am unhappy with the change of time and not having the additional equipment available. The individual that worked there, claim they did not realize they had a mobile reservation when they left on Saturday.ALICIA P.

We had 2 separate tire blowout incidents, causing delays that forced us to keep the truck for 3 extra days (dropoff location was closed by the time they arrived Friday, had to keep the truck over the weekend). Roadside assistance was helpful, but we needed it twice..Lauren D.

The one thing that I would recommend: upload more current photos of the vehicle. There were major discrepancies between the photo and actual condition of the rental unit. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience. Also, there was a worker closing up as I was struggling with the rental process. He took his time and assisted me with the beginning of the process. Its a bummer they dont except cash. I mean cash is better than ANYTHING I thought. That put me in a bind and late for my movers because I didn't know you don't except cash. Wow, cash is the best!! And then the fact you have to keep a storage unit for 6 months right up front and pay for it in advance. Wow again, uhaul is not the best option. You shouldn't have to pay 6 months when you may not need it for that long. I thought storage units were month to month. Way to expensive!!Nicole P.

My original reservation was with the location at 2564 Old Washington Rd. Waldorf, MD. When I arrived there they didn't have the van I had reserved. They made a call to "Amy" at U-Haul and she told them to send me to "Your Space Storage Of St Charles" at 975 St. Nicholas Dr. and said I would receive $50 off the bill for my inconvenience. "Your Space" knew nothing about this when I got there, and final bill doesn't reflect it either. The folks at "Your Space" were great. I wish the communication between the 3 parties involved had been better(4/5 stars).Elias C.
