The Merchant, Mr. Young, overcharged me for the U-haul rental. Miles out was: 64,788.4 Miles in was: 64,825.4 = 37 miles. He added 28 additional miles to my bill which is $27.72. He refuses to return calls, or emails. Visited location twice, he is not there.JULIA T.

I was originally directed through U-Hauls website to pick up the truck at The Store House. After fiddling around there for an hour looking for keys and trying to get a hold of customer service I was finally informed that the ride wasn't returned on time and that a different vehicle was available at Youngs Family Furnishings. I really wish I could remember the gentlemans name that assisted me at YFF since he was very laid back and cordial. He completely turned around what had only been a negative experience.DAVID E.

Overall my experience with Uhhalg was horrible and I wouldn't reccomend it at all. The website was constantly down making reserving a truck and returning the truck a nightmare. The wait times on the phone was equally as terrible with constant disconnections. I rented a truck for one day and didnt even get it for a full 24 hours. My experienece with Uhaul made the moving experience even more stressful than it should have been. Next time I will pay for movers as this was such a painful a d strsssful experience.Christine P.

I had a bad truck that burned alot of gas and im never renting again. That truck needs service an i believe they knew it. I didnt move outta town 150 that was to much. I had trouble check it bk in to the place i got it from he wasnt open at the time. That made my fee higher. I ordered the TRUCK at 1130 didnt get it till 1230 so it was Overall Bad for me.Dietra V.
