The gentleman that took my keys failed to check in the equipment as returned. This caused me to get several phone calls asking where the truck was from uhaul. Not acceptable. Luckily I took videos of me dropping off the truck and had it for proof that it was returned.Jose D.

I ordered a dozen blankets. There were no blankets in the truck. I went to return the truck. I had to message Uhaul because I had less miles on the truck than what I started with by Uhauls records. Very confusing. Then I was charged $89 when I should have been charged $29 for the truck and $12 for Mike's. Should have been $41 plus taxCurtis C.

My reservation was moved to a different location without notification. I arrived at the local dealer to learn that I had a 10 mile drive to locate rental trailer. I make a habit of arriving early which stopped disaster of the agent being closed an hour later. This is the second time my rental unit pickup has changed locations. Very unreliable way to do business.larry L.
Stay away from this location. Save yourself a headache. No one at location during business hours. Mult rental issues with this location. We were charged incorrectly and it still has not been resolved. Just don't do it.Gary A.

Garbage. Make sure if you do make a reservation here you opt. For the phone check in because no one will be there to give you your keys. Also enjoy the hidden fees and a gas penalty even if you drop it off with more gas than what was in it when you picked it up. No parking either it's a trashy used car lot.Davis A.
Small parking area. Had difficult time backing up car trailer to spot they wanted it. Person in charge just sat in his office and did not even offered to help me get the trailer backed up.robert T.
There was no one there to help. The place they want vehicles parked is NOT indicated clearly and the failed to check the trailer in within a timely fashion. This resulted in a call from U-Haul the next day asking if I still had the trailer. There is a reason this location has a 1 star rating on Google and other social media sites... it receives 1 star from me as well.Ryan W.

I scheduled my uhaul for 7 at the uhaul place in Beaumont and they made me pick up my uhaul from silsbee at a place that didn't open up till 11 so I had to go through a big ordeal just to get my uhaul change to 24/7 just to get my uhaul 2hrs later and they set me behind on moving and they didn't give me any money backMachiah E.

The vehicle may have been clean, but it rained the entire trip carrying my furniture. Upon arrival, I noticed there were two rivets above that were leaking and my bed and couches were wet! I also had a lot of trouble logging into the website to pick up my vehicle, which was not set up properly by the lady on the phone I had spoken to. She neglected to inform me that nobody would be at the pick up location and there was a combination box with my key inside, which uhaul's website did not provide me with said combination to retrieve my key to begin with! She also only calculated the milage from the location I was mivi g from to the location I was moving to, and didn't include the mileage from the pick up location to the address I was moving from or the mileage from the address I moved to to the drop off location. So, I had to pay for the "extra milage" once I dropped of the vehicle! This was the worst service ever!John L.
Place was strictly a pickup and dropoff without service. Does not open when website states. Took 45 minutes from our day to find out how to get keys between calling the owner and uhaul. Very frustrating.Heather H.
