The facility where I rented the U-Haul was excellent in every way but the place I returned the vehicle to in Victorville California was a complete nightmare the staff there was rude disrespectful and very unprofessional and I would never return it any vehicle to this location, EVER.

Michael WMy only complaint is that I booked my reservation over a week out and the day before received a voicemail for the wrong sized truck. I did not get the truck I reserved as they were out of it. Did not have to pay anything extra besides the extra fuel used by driving the bigger rig.

Holly GWas very picky on the gas line to how full it should be. Otherwise all was fine. Uhaul company needs to give more days without charge. Some people like to vacation along their way while moving. I hate putting the pedal to the metal to meet deadlines. I felt rushed.
Sheila PEverything went smooth until returning. Filled tank past line where it was at pickup, but UHaul tried dispute 1/16 of a gallon. With such a terrible gauge there is no true way to measure in 1/16th. Felt as if UHaul was trying to get overfilled on gas by overstating original gas level in order to get extra gas out in tank. Other than that the experience was ok. Team there were business focused, liked to blame UHaul for any issues of choices they would choose to say or do, and were less than friendly. Would I go back? Maybe if nothing else close didn’t have needed rental.

CHELSEA RI thought I had my reservations set and then was charged way more then I thought. I will never use this online service again. We are military and I expected to pay just the rate I reset online and I paid double. Never again.

LAWRENCE FThe staff were knowledgeable, quickly and expertly connecting the trailer to my vehicle, and doing all the proper checks. Staff members were rude to each other and unfriendly to myself and other customers throughout the morning interaction. If staff do not wish customers to come in the door at 8:55, they shouldn’t have the door unlocked and then inform customers that they are too early. Staff also should not be complaining about policies in front of customers. Staff were in much better spirits upon drop off. Equipment worked well and Jon was completed, so that was awesome.
