the only issue i have with your uhaul company is that you require to fill the tank of .gas back to the amount that was in it plus you charge 1$ per mile i use in gas! how is that fair/legal? i drove it about 70 miles so thats around 75$ in miles plus 20 to fill it back up plus truck fee my total was $169.00 . also the truck was missfiring, the doors grinded so loud when i opened them you could here them for blocks away and i idont mean back door it was the driver and passenger doors!casey L.

Well...I was scheduled from 1-7 6 hours with a cargo van. Someone was supposed to call after 6 with details. No call. Next day I look I have 430-630 that's all. Same price. Then I go onto my account like it says it told me a convenience store on 113th and huron. They didn't have me. Ymart did. So I had to drive to ymart. Kinda crappyChristina M.
The staff were friendly, but this location does not have furniture blankets. I put furniture blankets on my reservation, and it was confirmed by U-Haul, but when I got there they said they don't have any. If you need just a truck, this location is good. But if you need any additional supplies, go elsewhere.Ryan H.
The truck I used would not get up to speed which made it difficult to drive. If I were driving on the highway it would have been dangerous. The truck was damaged where the latch passed the top of the truck which made the latch get stuck there. When returning the truck I was told that I didn't fuel the truck which was incorrect. I received it at 1/4 tank and returned it slightly over 1/4. I most likely won't be getting a truck from this location again.Victor O.
I want a review for uhaul customer service itself, which is absolute garbage. Your business practices are trash and the people you hire are rude. I can't believe you haven't been sued for your â€œreservationâ€ system. I will tell everyone I know alto stay away from uhaul and it's terrible business.Danielle C.

I didn't mind sweeping the back of the truck, it was covered in a thin layer of saw dust. But Uhaul charged me a $25 cleaning fee. Def was not happy.LuisAngel L.

My uhaul pick up and confirmation number was not in the data base at the location it told me to pick it up at. They just kept saying they couldn't find my reservation even though I showed my confirmation email with the time, date, and location.He said some times they switch the location. This is a uhual problem and not a problem with this location. Luckily they had a truck available but it took way more time than I expected because we had to do the whole process all over again.Dana B.

I was originally scheduled to pick up at the Westminster location. I arrived after calling that morning and they informed me the truck was leaking oil and wouldn't rent it to me. Found a different truck in NORTHGLENN. Frustrating because we had to go an additional 25 miles out of our way and charged per mile.Chelsa S.
