Even the customer service is poor especially their hotline. There was something wrong with the online check in, Uhaul provided a number to call but nobody answered the call. Hotline sucks! take ages to answer and they will just hanged out. Good thing we went to a branch and provided a new number where we can call. After 2 hours we got the code for key box. Thanks to that agent Patricia! in less than 10 mins she figured and helped us get the truck. Online check-in should be improved! customer service especially the hotline should be improved as well.Ricardo C.

Xoomtech was 20 minutes late to open shop which cut into the rental time. Also does not offer contactless truck pickup as it states online, which also interfered with the initial rental time booked online. Very unimpressed.Laura M.

The vehicle was not clean, during this Covid situation I was expected the vehicle in clean condition but it is not like that. Even though I returned the vehicle on the same day there is an extra charge for one more day.KANTHAKUMAR P.
Unhelpful, charged me for 3 days when I kept the truck for 42 hrs, does not speak English and impossible to understand. Very disappointedALEKSANDRA Z.
Don't charge the customer who tells you about the problems with the vehicle and doccuments it prior to the trip photos and comments etc... in your system... that they need to pay the cleaning fee after their trip... completely negates the point in noting any of the issues on pick up in the first place!! Plus make sure the people in charge of the vehicles at this location check the trucks after they have been used... the tire pressures were low in 3 of 4 tires on pre-inspection of vehicle, and the warning lights were on on the dash and i told them about it and they told me to just take the truck anyway... i also told them to clean out the garbage from previous users as it is COVID-19!! and i was told no... there is no issue... and they took out the dirty coffee cup that was there and left everything else... i was told someone elses water bottles and mail, and bits of carpet and cardboard were not garbage and the location was not responsible for cleaning it prior to my use... I took multiple photos etc... when starting the rental and uploaded into the uhaul system... i used my own wipes and disinfected the areas i touched myself as it was revolting to drive. I should be reimbursed for the cleaning fee i was charged. 100%!!Daniella V.
