The location was great. Coincidentally was the same place we had work done on our show car. The issue was the vehicle, It was not the safest. The transmission sounded and felt like it was slipping.
LEYONNA BThe person at this location is very unprofessional and rude. He complained about people showing up late in the day ( I had an appointment)and after looking at my credit card when i was going to pay for the truck i rented, asked me if i found the credit card out on parking lot .
EDWIN RI was given a uhaul with out any gas i got stuck at a red light wasnt given any discount to compensate for time lost for that and truck wasnt overall that great

Wendy HI adds equipment to my order and did not receive it. Had to drive 30 minutes out there and back to pick up from another location. Wasted over an hour of my scheduled time JUST to get equipment that should've been in the truck to start with.
Joanna NOur issues with the rental might not have to do with the location, but rather the remote app. We had issues picking up the car, as the app was not working correctly, the trucks were not labeled in the same manner as the app suggested and the key was stuck in the lockbox. On drop off, the app did not work again and we again had to call customer support for assistance in dropping off the car.
Aaron SOnly the inside of the store is clean but the truck was not! The one representative ( newest) she was trying but did not have adequate knowledge of certain information and the other lady ( mgr) she just sat and talked to the trainie and ignored most of my issue UNTIL we got to the insurance problem!

Prudhvi nI had a 1;00 pick up , did a online check in went threw the process waiting for the code to be sent , I had to keep entering the same info. Call your 800 don't know the young lady name she had to give me more time so my reservation wouldn't be canceled. Once the code was finally sent and having problems with the code and getting the lock open its 1:30. Was very frustrating
Valerie BI would just recommend that you make it a bit more clear that people should manage the entire reservation with the Uhaul app and use the 24/7 ride service. Where you can unlock the key box to receive your keys, etc. When I arrived at the location, I was not aware of this and was not able to manage the reservation automatically. Luckily, there was a very nice gentleman working at xHibit customs that was willing to take time out of his busy day to assist me with the reservation. Once he was able to get my reservation updated, everything else went smoothly. The van was in great shape, very clean and modern. Thank you to the guy who assisted me!
CLAUDIO JDouble charged me bc I kept the U-Haul for an extra couple hours. Way to treat a returning customer. Going to use budget next time i guess.
