EDWIN MLocation is on a very busy, one way street. Parking lot is EXTREMELY small and if others are parked there, impossible to get in to. Rental staff were great to do business with, but the location and property leaves a lot to be desired.
Keith GTruck had suspension problems and check engine lights were on. The tire pressure light was on as well . I was overcharged after not driving the truck more than 10 miles and returning it on time .
Zion GI could not use the tow dolly as the breaks light and indicated on left side were not working Also the chain to tie the car on left side was broken with out the s hook

AIMEE GBetter truck maintenance. Wind shield wipers didn't work, driving in bad weather was very unsafe. Truck felt unsafe to drive in general.

Tayyab MThe truck had rice all over the floor. I reserved at the 373 w. Susquehanna street address in Allentown but when they got there they told me that someone had not returned the truck. So they sent me to the other location. No phone call to let me know. Started the moving evening on the wrong foot.

James RI will lead with noting that the customer service was really good - quick, friendly, and helpful. However, my reservation was altered the night before pickup by UHaul. My pickup was moved from a familiar and convenient location (which I selected strategically) to a small scrapyard/garage/electronics store in the middle of a busy downtown with lots of one-ways, pedestrians, meter parking, and traffic. The location itself is very difficult to navigate, especially with a 15' moving truck. The price was too much for 8 hours of use, especially when I found out I was being charged for mileage and gas on top of the rental equipment charge (which was actually the cheapest part). Overall, I was displeased with UHauls pricing and changing my reservation last minute, but was satisfied with the service doing the best they could with such a rough location.
Tyler CThey steal gas money from you. I filled the tank back up to their specifications and they said I left it under their specifications the next morning by two gallons and then charged me for it.
