They ignor you. Perhaps because English isn't their first language. They show you a unsecured cardboard box to drop the key in and tell you the man over uhaul is not there. This after I talked with uhaul on the phone who told me they would be there 8 to 2 that day. Very shady there. I felt uncomforable leaving the truck there but I insured it and checked with yous on leaving it there.

AJ was very personable. Truck was an hour late, supplies were low and didn't have in stock tv box and queen bed bags. It was raining, items were very important to purchase, it was irritating. Truck drove rough, front end shook and felt loose at any speed over 60mph.we were fearful.

The person I dealt with seemed to not care or be bothered by me returning the trailer. I attempted to get the trailer returned in a proper way, and was told by the attendant he didn't need to see my paperwork . So I hope that the trailer was properly registered as returned.

The agent was by himself and trying to conduct business for the gas station too. On the return it went a lot smoother since he was not alone and could dedicate himself to the U Haul business. It was a pleasant experience over all.

I didn't read my text correctly and didn't see the convince fee until after I turned key into clerk. Also we unfortunately had to move in rain and front of truck storage area leaked getting several boxes wet.

The UHAUL attendant kept leaving to help other customers at the gas station. I asked for 48 furniture pads and paid for 48 furniture, but only received 4 bags of pads (each bag had 6 pads), I did not know each bag had 6 instead of 12 pads. The pads were just stuffed in bags and were not folded. The UHAUL attendant did not help me move my pads or dolly into the truck; I could understand this if he was busy, but while I was loading the truck he was just chatting to a person at a fuel pump. Finally, I asked for 5 days rental of the truck but the attendant put me down for 7. The attendant was also not wearing a mask during the COVID 19 pandemic. I was able to get all these issues addressed through UHAUL customer service. This was the only bad UHAUL location I have ever been to. I would not recommend anyone go to this location.

The vehicle interior was dirty, smelled of cigarette smoke, and had dog hair all over the seat. The Oil Change required message was on, and when I told the attendant, he dismissed it and said they just need to reset it.

I am not happy that we only put 5 miles on the truck, added the gas that we used when we returned it (paid at the pump for the 1 gallon used ) then I was charged and additional $9.75 for another 3 gallons. We only put 5 miles on the truck yet were charged for 3 gallons of gas plus the additional gallon I put in separately. That's a whole lot of gas money for 5 miles. It was a good experience before they gouged me on gas money.

I had difficulty getting the keys for my 24 seven rental when I went to the sales office once it opened the representative was very condescending and rude as if I was inconveniencing him because I couldn't complete the online process. I will rent from U-Haul I just won't use that facility again

There are those of us that aren't the best at technology. If the app doesn't work on your phone, they won't allow you a truck. There should be another way for us seniors when showing our license. I did finally get the app to work on my photo to take the pic of my license. It was a stressful moment for me.

There was no one there from UHaul when I showed up. It took almost an hour for the gas station owner to clear everything and get me on my way because he isn't a UHaul representative and had to do what he could on behalf of the UHaul person who was not present. The gas station personnel did a good job working with what they had, however I blame UHaul for not being present and for the delay it caused me.

I was led to believe the owner would be there until 2:00 p.m., he was not. Instead I had to complete a contract over the phone with a person I could barely understand. The worker that was there could not resolve a brake light problem on the trailer, but told me I would be fine without them. The main contact at the location was swamped with gas and store customers, which force me to wait while he tended other business. A person should be dedicated to the UHAUL business. I cleaned the trash out of the vehicle left from previous rental. 2 Bottles, 1 house slipper, Fruit rollups and miscellaneous pieces of paper. all under the seats.

The employee responsible for renting the truck was abrupt and appeared to be inconvenienced by my business. He did not give me instructions other than to refer me to the application form on the website. He did not educate me on any of the costs involved, especially the charge of $1 per mile. The truck was in the far corner of the lot, and was not pulled up for my use. Also, I was struck by a piece of the sun visor that fell off as I was driving. It was apparent that this had happened before, and was just pushed back on. The refund for my $100 deposit was not available when I returned the truck. He told me I would need to come back the next day. At that time, I was handed a receipt with my refund stapled to it. He apparently didn't want to be bothered with coins, so he rounded down, shorting me a small amount. In itself, not a huge deal. But adds to the total unprofessional experience. My largest complaint, is that I was charged for 46 miles. I only went 11!! Never again. There are other options, Lowe's, Home Depot and Menard's all rent trucks for local moves.
