Way over priced the way up charged on miles ended up paying an outrageous amount….never recommend using U-Haul for moves unless its across the state or states away or it will be a complete ripoff

The lock procedure for the trucks was not as listed. Had to wait long time as call was made to find where keys were at for trucks. Also lot not lit at night so to take photos of truck upon return was difficult
Mark TThe back door to the truck was froze shut!
Steve CNo personnel there to help. Business was closed.
Tammie GMake sure if someone paid for a dolly they have it on the truck and make it clear wheather you put gas in or pre pay gas cuz we did both. So instead of 30 for gas we paid 60 and the dolly was 15 and we never used it cuz it wasn't there to use.
David Wrented the trailer for 2 days , but only needed it for one day . What did I do wrong to get the credit for the 2nd day . Steve
STEVEN NAdapter for circular style trailer light hookup

Michael CPer stickers, truck had been very recently inspected. However, front right turn signal did not work. Per gentlemen at the wrecker service, fuse box was fried after an accident last December.
HEATHER HWhy's it so damn expensive for no reason. Was not worth it.
Jacob SChuck was super nice and explained everything very well.
Michael SI was charged for 3 days and I only had the trailer over night should have only been 2 days max... Also the gear pin broke when we tried to bring the legs back up which is what resulted in having the trailer over night
Amber DI would not approve anything everything to me was excellent
Kevin SHanded paperwork and said " Back by 5PM Sunday". Never explained anything about or showed how to hook up or tow. Tires wore out and subject to blowout. Said someone would be at shop when return. Lie, place was closed. Most places help you hook up and explain things to watch for - nope, not this place. Trailer was dirty and sitting in water hole. No jack or blocking, so had to pick up from ground while truck backed under. A trailer this size has a pretty heave tongue weight. Did not check tow vehicle to see if capable of towing. Definitely will not recommend or rent from here again.
Jeff MI had to cancel a previous reservation at the Uhaul dealer in Covington Ohio because he never showed up. The staff that was there was unable to contact him by phone so they said he "normally comes in between 9-9:30am" I was supposed to have an 8:30am pickup. I then called around until I found a trailer in the area that I was going to use it. Wreckers was excellent to work with. Would definitely do business with them again.
MICHAEL WThe uhaul smelled like manure from the previous renter.
Vickie MPicking up the unit was easy. Return was easy as well. The store was closed when I dropped it off. I received an email copy of the bill the next day.
Anthony GInventory was short, so the location had to turn around a truck which had been returned late. It hadn't been adequately cleaned from the last customer, but the location did their best to clean it.
MALCOLM MI was quoted at $0.78/ mile up front. I received my final bill and it was for $0.99/ mile. Paid a little more than expected.
aaron KHave competent customer service.
jennifer bThis is not where we dropped the truck off at. I told the lady Sidney Car Care
sherry hI was told to pick up the truck at another address and I was there on time only to find out they didn't have any trucks. From there I was sent several miles away to another business to get one and then had to wait and wait, and then wait some more for it to be unhitched and unburied from beneath the snow. Oh, and no one told me if I went over the guess-timated mileage I would be paying 50% more for each mile over.
Dawn LWhen I picked the unit up I asked if I need to refuel the truck up the gentleman said no you don't nee to do that, so I didn't and he also said that he would take $14 off the bill and he didn't. I did not look at the contract closely about the gas that it was my responsibility, shame on me. I used approx 1/8 of a tank on a 57 gal tank that comes to 7.12 gallons, at 3.75 that comes to $26.71 I was charged a flat $30.00 it's easier that way and you can make a little more money very easily. If I would have purchased the gas it would have came to $17.45 give or take again my bad for not looking at the contract. I also had to wait a 1/2 hour for the gentleman to show up, I'm sure my time doesn't cost anything!! So for the next time I WILL look the contract over better and I will ask more questions!
