This place was great, very nice helpful people. I was just dropping off a truck to my son that lives in South Carolina so I didn't know the area. I sat and spoke to these guys for a while. Gerald and his assistant are great guys. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

You need to pull this man's U-Haul dealing license because he's a real piece of s***. He charge me for an extra day he's trying to be trying to charge me for damage done to the U-Haul where I was involved in an accident that wasn't my fault. He charged me a $60 cleaning fee twice whenever both times I brought the truck back to spotless so do not rent from Gerald wrenn hopefully they take worldwide's U-Haul and hopefully you see this too Gerald

Dreadful. Wouldn't want another family to experience the discrimination and atrocious treatment my family received. Insensitive and total lack of caring from management. My advice is pay the additional costs with any other company.

Over an hr to check out due to faulty Uhaul computer programming..Had to upload my drivers license multiple times. Had to call road side assistance for a tire blow out and waited on side of hwy for over 90 minutes. Yes the business was located close by but the actual serviceman that was dispatched to assist me was another county away. The service man had to change the tire off the rim instead of just replacing tire and rim. This is undo time and a huge safety concern to both the customer and the serviceman being dispatched.

My daughter returned the truck for me and forgot to replace the gas. I ended up paying $58 for 7 gallons of gas. This is a rip off however I accept that because it was an error on our part. But $58 for 7 gallons? Come on. Then 4 days after the rental, you ran the initial charge back thru my bank causing an overdraft on my account. This was after already running the total amount due on the day of the rental. So I’m out yet another $35 for your rip off renting a truck for a couple of hours. Great way to treat your customers U-Haul.

Make sure your customers understand they will be dealing with a location down in a ditch off the highway, a mudhole if it rains and that the owner, Gerald, while an interesting, quirky guy, helpful and kind essentially, inspires no confidence at all because of his surrounds.

The place was a mess. Could barely walk through. The restroom was disgusting. I was quoted one rate online & when my dad got to the location given a completely different quote that was almost $400 more than what I was given online. Will NOT use U-Haul again. My pick up location was changed on me 3 times. Just horrible customer service & experience.

Not a thing. Gerald is a very nice man. He came in early to help me out. This is the second time I have used Worldwide once for a large truck and this time for a trailer. The equipment is in great shape and Joe will hookup your trailer for you.

Almost every time I have rented a u haul there has been some issue. I would say 80% of time. Equipment issues or customer service. To the point I would avoid renting at all cost. But today this extremely nice and helpful gentleman has completely changed that. If I ever need anything again. He is where I will go. Beyond amazed. Thanks again.

We called advising we would be late for our pickup due to the commute. We arrived and waited 45 minutes for someone to give us the trailer. The office appeared to be occupied by a hoarder, it was absolutely disgusting. I will be filing a complaint on Monday with corporate.

The location is very cluttered and you can barely walk into the door or office. It is like hoarders work there. Also I was charged for two day's and I only had the equipment for 21 hours. Someone needs to go to this location and make the owner clean the place up.
