The female staff person who assisted goes above and beyond her way to make sure the experience is simple and satisfactory. Management would do well to do everythng to retain her. She has cleaned up the office space to have it look much more professional. I would go the extra mile if necessary to use this location for pick up and drop off for all my future needs at truck or trailer rental. A+ in every way.

Kelvin W.I rented a U-Haul for one day and advised the lady who checked me out that I may need to extend it, but wasn't sure yet. She said if needed to please call at least one hour before my return time. I called more than an hour ahead and advised her I would need to keep it another day. An hour or so later, the owner called me and asked if I could have the truck back by 2pm. I advised him I didn't think that was going to be post but I would try. An hour later when I realized I reayneeded to keep the truck another day, I called the office back. The lady told me it was fine. Late that night when I turned my phone back on, I had several rude messages from the owner. It was too late to call back so I was going to call the next day. Before I woke up that next morning, again I had several messages from the owner and they were not very nice at all. I called him back to let him know I would need to extend the truck until 3pm and he started yelling at me stating I needed to bring the truck back immediately. I advised him there was no way I could do that as we had some issues and before I could let him know about the faulty door that wouldn't open, he started screaming if you don't bring the truck back now I'm going to report it stolen and then he hung up on me. I immediately went into panic mode causing me a panic attack as I already knew we spent several hours trying to open the back of the truck and it wasn't opening. When we picked up the truck the lady advised us the rolling door on the back was having problems opening and closing die to the rolling wheel that helped the door go up and down, but she thought it was fixed enough to rent us the truck. Unfortunately, we spent several hours trying to get the door open without breaking anything and that ended up putting us behind further than what we had planned which was why I requested the additional time on the 2nd day. Then add in the fact that I panicked thinking we were going to be in big trouble with the police because the owner states he was going to report it stolen. The panicked attack set us back even further as I didn't have my medication and had to stop to go to the emergency room due to my blood pressure that went through the roof. Later that evening evening, I called the office and left a message. I also decided to call the 800 number to let them know what was taking place and to ensure they showed me having the truck what was now going to be a third day. The lady I spoke to apologized for the unprofessional manner of the owner and made notes in my account indicating I was going to return the truck the next day and she had put in for me to have the truck for free due to the owner making unnecessary threats, the back door not working properly, and the health issue I ended up having due to all the nonsense. I returned the truck and later received a bill for an amount die that was unbelievable. I have been a loyal customer and have rented U-Haul trucks many times in the past and I've never had a problem except for the times I rented from worldwide. It was either he wasn't there when I went to pick up my reserved truck, or the truck I reserved wasn't available or my online reservation wasn't received, and even my phone reservation never showed up on one occasion. I've rented from other dealers and have never had a problem, but the owner at Worldwide automotive has always had an issue with every rental I've had through him. Ive rented a U-Haul at least 7 times in the last 18 months and I'm guessing that's more than the average customer. I don't feel the bill amount due I received is fair at all considering, I didn't even see the credit I was supposed to have from the 800 customer service person. Will you please review and revise this bill amount that you are expecting me to pay? Thank you in advance
Charles M.Where to begin, first the reservation was moved and delayed causing me to miss the scheduled time with movers I paid handsomely for. The “facility†I rented from consisted of a broken down RV that could have been on an episode or hoarders. The uHAUL was also dirty and smelled like weed and cigarettes. I had no chance but to take it because I came from out of town to move. I've never felt this way before about uHAUL but I would appreciate a refund

We wait going back and forward to the rv for a receipt and the person was giving us the run around. And they don't answer the phone. Their business actually is a camper or rV with a sell sign at the front. I'm so disappointment. I will like somebody to investigate this business.

He did wear his mask, however, that is not a safe environment for him either.. There is a need for another part - time person because when we were there others were patiently waiting and he was the only one there at assist us.

This was after the location on Two Notch Rd gave our reservation away to the lady in front us. We were glad to finally actually get one from this address. Also the initial address on Augusta highway sent us to the one on Two Notch. So three different locations till we got one. What good was the initial reservation?

Further, I felt the "investigation" performed by the manager was inadequate. There is an abundance of evidence pointing at the Uhaul rep and all the manager said was "after doing further research I found that the auto transport was abandoned in someone's yard this leads me to believe that the truck and trailer was stolen off of {the dealer's} Lot." It seems the only thing paying for insurance did was allow the Uhaul rep to make off with a steal when I returned the truck/trailer. 0 Stars.

The vehicle would not accelerate to speed of 55MPH unless you had the gas to the floor. Needs to have better maintenance on the truck

Brian F.I received a truck with NO fuel and had to fill it up with fuel. Upon returning the U-Haul vehicle 14 hours early with MORE fuel than I had received it I was charged a fuel penalty. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and dishonest business practices.
