I has beyond disappointed in the tires that were on the truck! The 26' bed truck had summer, bald tires in winter, in Nova Scotia!! I got stuck on a FLAT road that was plowed but had a skim of ice on it. I had to get a neighbor to use his tractor to pull the truck off of the ice. This also forced us to move all of our contents down the driveway to the truck. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

I made it half way to my destination and lost all trailer lights changed all the fuses in my truck and the trailer blew the fuses again

Very good service. connected tow dolly and safety chains for me in the wet snow. Some trouble with paying for the rental but the agent called and processed the transaction. The U haul software needs some attention for accuracy.

The comment regards one customer service rep who did her job rather than passing the buck like the two rep's before her; and a traffic control rep who gave excellent and friendly customer service...they were both appreciated for their diligence and accuracy of service regarding the issue of us having to drive a greater distance for truck pick up. Unfortunately, I do not recall the young ladies' name who patched us through to traffic but it's likely in the systems notes. Her and Ryan restored my faith to use U-haul in the future...they're "keepers!"

We were hesitant to book with UHaul because our nephew had a terrible experience the year before but because of the rural area we live we didn't have much choice. We totally were amazed at the attentive and courteous attention to our needs from UHaul and the business where we picked up the vehicle. We will recommend to others to use UHaul!
