VERN KI rented for a five hour drive and had no air conditioning (not working - or “not charged” as I was told). The truck was in need of an alignment job and was uncomfortable to drive because of this (truck felt unsafe and was pulling to one side). It was clean, but reeked of a bad smelling disinfectant the whole ride. Owner was friendly, but would not cut me a bit of a break (because of the no a/c). I wasn’t happy with that.

Dan MMy only complaint is that the passenger seat in the rental truck had something sticky all over it. The seat had to be cleaned before it could be sat on. Perhaps in the future, consiederation could be given to installing driver's side seats with lumbar support? Long days in the existing seats are hard on the back.

Brian MSometimes there is limited choice of equipment - with other options being far away and not economically viable. I understand that workman’s will be keeping the trailer for local rentals which is good.

mark pNo issue with location but major issue with U-Haul. Although I definitely chose not to take the insurance coverage and have confirmation when my reservation was done U-Haul automatically added it and I was charged an extra $225 dollars on my final invoice. Still fighting with them to try to get reimbursed. NOTE TO EVERYONE. CHECK YOUR CONTRACT WHEN PICKING UP THE VEHICLE!!!! SINCE THEY WILL TRY TO SLIDE THIS IN EVEN WHEN NOT REQUESTED!!!

FRANK BAbsolutely nothing! We had truck rented for the 4th. Our movers messed up the days and showed up on the 3rd.. you quickly accommodated us and had it the day early! Can’t thank you enough!
Darren MYour new trailers need to be 6 inches higher as I bumped my head at least 20 times and I am only 5’ 10 and a 1/2 inches high!!

Hassen KWorkman’s was amazing. The man working there went above and beyond to make our experience as easy as possible. I would say my experience with U-Haul on the phone was less than pleasant, as well, I received a text to postpone my move for 1 month when there was a truck available down the road. Overall my experience with the man at our pickup location (Workman’s) was 10/10, the rest was a 3/10
katie BNo one answered the phone when I called to see if it was open since it’s a civic holiday. But people were there when the uhaul was brought back. I called the main uhaul 800 number and was on hold for over 20 minutes to be told that she didn’t know why I wasn’t told that no one would be at the dealership when I returned the uhaul. And couldn’t tell me anymore than that. Not helpful at all.
