Extremely complicated!! The truck had tons of snow on it still and was not ready for pick. The pick up location attendant was extremely rude and unprofessional. Wish there was a negative star option.

There just happen to be a person who worked at this location leaving when we dropped the truck off. There was no where to park the truck except on the road. This person said that if we couldn't get the return completed online, he would check it in on Monday. I did not want to have to pay extra to get the truck returned.

i talked to the uhaul in modovi and was under the impression that i would be able to pick up the trailer there, and it would have been nice if i had to pick it up Eau Claire that i could have notified a day earler.

This location needs boxes. we had to pick up the truck at one place and then go get boxes at another place.

All the staff were friendly and had no issues answering questions or cared that you took pics for you own proof and actually recommended you did. If I ever need a U-Haul again this is definitely the place I will go.

A week after I dropped off the uhaul at this location, I was called by a uhaul personnel and was told that they can not find the uhaul and if I still have it or if I even dropped it off. I was extremely annoyed by the incompetence that I had to call the place I dropped it off to confirm that it was there. This took extra time and effort to try and figure out uhaul's mistake and misplacement.

The man that helped me out was great! Unfortunately, the trailer had no power to them so I traveled from Anoka MN to Menomonie WI without any trailer lights.It was a very nerve wrecking experience and I think it's a maintenance issue that needs to be addressed. Again, the employee was very nice to work with and very helpful.

I called UHaul International to reserve my trailer. The woman barely spoke English. She told me I could pick up my trailer in Eau Claire, but when I received the email notice, she had me picking up the trailer in Aitikoken, Ontario, Canada. I had to talk to four different people to get this straightened out. The manager at Woodfords was very helpful, but your overall service was lousy.

The pickup was smooth. The problem is your 800 number agents!! Every single email and text was WRONG and I had to call multiple times for date/time /location corrections-and then the “new revised” emails and texts were STILL WRONG!! Fortunately the on site guy said that this is common and don’t worry

I could not find the address of the place where I was originally told to return the truck. I did call the 800 number and a very helpful person changed my reservation so I did not have to pay the extra fee for returning it to the incorrect place. That is also information customer should be given.

I would NEVER, EVER use Uhaul again!! I reserved a 10' truck in January for a date in May. I called in April and again the day before pickup to verify I had a 10' truck because I needed to drive the Uhaul 3+ hours home. Each time I was guaranteed a 10' truck and even received an email the afternoon prior that guaranteed me this. Upon arrival I was sent to another location and was given a 26' Uhaul. It was college move out time and since I had to have my daughter out of her rental home that day what could I do?? Had to take the small semi truck!! Try driving something that large around a busy college town as an inexperienced semi truck driver!! While loading up the truck the neighbor had a 10' Uhaul they had just picked up from the place I had made the initial reservation at and they had reserved their's less than 2 months ago!! POOREST customer service EVER!! The first customer service rep I talked to at Uhaul laughed at me. The second person told me that at least I got a truck as others had to travel up to 50 miles away to get a truck ~ AS IF THAT'S MY FAULT??!! and I SHOULD BE HAPPY?? Apparently the person who rented before me didn't get my Uhaul back in time. Well, maybe the person who made the reservation the earliest should get the Uhaul they reserved and not the person who rented it at a later date than me. OH, but they fulfilled their contract and they don't feel as if it's a bid deal! HUGE deal to me!!! Fool me once shame on you!! Fool me twice...WON'T EVER USE YOUR SERVICE OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN!! I will also be making a call to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Uhaul knows it's a busy time of the year or at least that's what the rep said, you would think they would figure it out, don't over extend and make guarantees you cannot keep!! I consider that as your company is lying. Your company makes false guarantees and is a poor excuse of a business!

The gas tank was on E.....BONE DRY! I rent uhauls a lot for my business, and I have never had to pick one up and go straight to a gas station in fear of running out of gas.

I felt that the truck needed attention to the front end. Steering was lax and the shock absorbers seemed inadequate. shocks and tie rods come to mind.

Have better parking for the big trucks. The space was VERY limited for parking as the smaller trailer and truck were parked up near the sidewalk, not leaving enough parking for the 26' trucks without creative parking and using the business next door's lot.

the straps for the front wheels are a bit on the short side for modern car/suv wheels

Dolly did not have brakes as advertised. It also seems that no-one in the U-Haul company can commit to a rental. When some one is traveling hundreds of miles only to arrive and be told "I don't know if your unit is here" or "it SHOULD be here" is unacceptable. When I asked about the 50 dollars they promise for a failed reservation they told me that is only if they call me that morning an say they have the unit. "That morning??" Really, what is the point of making a reservation with this company? This was the first and the last time I will do business with U-Haul.

The gentleman who helped me took time to make sure everything was just right for my move. He answered my questions, and helped me get the right equipment for my move. I could see he was busy, but he helped me with a smile. He also has a confident handshake. I couldn't have been happier with how professional he was.

The business I returned it to was closed that day I'm not sire why they would have me return it to someplace that was closed. Was not able to have a vehicle inspection or be able to be provided with a statement.

I reserved this vehicle online to made my elderly parents. I had reserved a moving dolly and blankets also. After finishing the online reservation, I called this location to ensure all would be well when my brother picked up the vehicle as I was out of town. He had to go to another location to puck up the vehicle and there was not a moving dolly in the vehicle nor a ramp as was discussed and verified telephonically. This is unacceptable customer service.

upon walking in to pick up the truck that was scheduled for 12 noon, I was immediately notified I was interrupting the persons lunch that attends to the u haul duties and told if I would have been 5 minutes later I would have to waited until his return from lunch. Secondly they didn't have my moving boxes I had purchased from the u haul web site and I would have to pick them up at a different location, not being from the area I had no idea where I could pick these up from and I didn't have the time to do it anyway because I had my property closing at 3pm, the attendant didn't really show any concern because I was delaying his lunch. Lastly I was never told of the mileage limit that was on the truck, through the quote process, the pick up, or dropoff I was never verbally told of a mileage limit. I found out when my credit card was charged for the extra mileage. U haul left me high and dry without the boxes I needed to move. I have attempted to talk to a manager twice now and haven't received a call back as of yet. A miserable experience from a terribly run company. Thinking of filing a complaint with the Wisconsin Attorney General's office.

Make sure the trucks actually cleaned out from the last renters so others aren't stuck with the mess! Sun flower seeds all over the bad dirt and mud spots all over it was nasty
