Fantastic service. Only issue was engine light on, noted at pickup location but vehicle did its job
Rae TSarah spent somuch time trying to see if my trcuk would tow the auto transport trailer and then, after several attempts both working with her on the phone and in person, when it just didn't seem like it would be a go, she worked hard to find the right combination of rentals in a convenient place for me to pick up. Quick and easy drop off when I was done. Great folks here!

Ralph SLocation pick up was great. However my reservation was changed without notice, pick up time and date was moved, and didn't find out until less than 24 hours before. And only when I had called to check on things. I needed a larger truck there was none available I was given a small truck they did give me some extra mileage, however none of the equipment I rented was in the truck, I also what I went to pick up the truck the app was not working and I was not able to get the truck at 7:30 a.m. when I needed to, it took me till 8:30 a.m. with a friend's phone and a U-Haul representative telling me how to proceed with everything for pickup. It was just a very difficult experience, I have rented me before in the past and everything went well this time from the moment I scheduled to the moment I dropped off they were issues regarding the app and like I said everything else that I stayed in. Unfortunately this experience was not as good as the ones I have used in the past.
ROY T* survey wouldn't let me submit without answering question about personnel at drop off. I, then, had to say no because there was no one working when truck was dropped off. I'd suggest re-wording the survey. That said, the e.ployee at the pick-up location was very friendly and helpful!

Paul SWhoever used the van last did not completely sweep it out so there were some leftover debris inside the cargo area. Otherwise, the van was in good shape
john wAndrew the owner and Sarah the scheduler were fantastic!! They originally didn't have the size truck I wanted but easily scheduled me at another location. They called me the next day however and were able to accommodate me after all. They took care of the change and made it so easy for me. I highly recommend renting from their location. Friendly and helpful!!
Lisa KThe woman who waited on me at this location was very unpleasant from the moment I walked in the door, which was the total opposite from the gentleman that I initially dealt with at the U-Haul Rt. 16 Wakefield NH location. I have no idea what her problem was, but it seemed as though she was having a very bad day.

Bob SThe woman there was very capable and patient. The only problem I had was my credit card was rejected, and the bank said the u-haul company caused a red flag alert on my card. That specifically said it was u-haul, not my account (my card almost never gets rejected). I had to wait an hour for a reset. That surprised me, because I have used u-haul for 50 years!

Karen Mside door handle on the cargo van was broken and side door was un-useable, also passenger window switch on drivers door was not working properly. cargo van reaked of cigar smoke so had to travel with windows open. disappointed to say the least. Wolfeboro Carwash & Executive Detail were great to deal with and said they would call to see about a discount for my inconvenience. Very nice people to work with.
Sheila SThis comment is not related to this location, but to the reservation process. I walked into a location very close to my home and made a round trip reservation with close, convenient pick up/drop off. Two days before my pick up I received a call that I needed to either pick up or drop off at a different location due to only one way rentals being available. The closest location was 20 minutes away, resulting in additional time to get the truck and return home during a busy move time. Although I received 30 free miles, this was an inconvenience. I would have preferred that my original reservation be honored.

Lee KSpent 45 minutes in hot parking lot trying to pickup vehicle, the app refused to accept the photo of back of license, despite having used it twice in app when I pre-registered. Was not supplied with two wheeler Was initially supposed to pickup in N Conway. Wasted 4 hours picking up vehicle which would have taken 30 minutes at requested location.

RYAN DFrom start to finish, this has been a horrible experience and because of mistakes made at the wolfeboro location we are still experiencing billing issues and outrageous charges in my credit card. At a very difficult time, I was not pleased to add in the extra stress and problems that began with a poorly placed reservation through the wolfeboro office, a cavalier attitude iof the owner to the fallout issues with billing at our drop off location. I will probably need to use a rental truck service in the near future, but I will never use the wolfeboro uhaul again. I will probably look to use a competitor.
