An item that I reserved online was not available in store though I booked it weeks in advance.
Pratima M.Trying to fill tank to same spot u picked it up is difficult. It should be rented with full tank and refilled before returned. Smelled like garbage was stored in truck and mud all over. Would not rent from there again.

GEORGEFREDERICK S.The uhaul aspect of the business if time and hassle free, I decided to have some work done on my truck while I rented theirs, so far I have spent $250 on a tool to do a factory approved repair, that they were going to do with an incorrect procedure. Every mechanic I know knows about this problem and the factory approved repair method. I can only hope it is done properly.

MICHAELA Z.Back of truck had no garbage visible but after removing our furniture, we realized there was a lot of sawdust on the floor of the truck that we had to then remove from our furniture. Easily missed by a quick glance but annoying to the next user. They should inspect the truck more carefully after each use.
Hans S.Maybe a discount should be offered if the rental is only a few hours as opposed to 24 hours. I rented for less than 4 hours and had to pay the full price for 24 hours. Gracias.

THOMASJ Z.As a first time customer, the UHAUL renting process was a bit peculiar to me. I'm not sure why the information I was asked to fill out, could not be filled out prior to my reservation. Even though my reservation started at 10 A.M., I was asked to provide names and phone numbers of individuals that UHAUL needed to get in contact with, prior to the start of the reservation. Had I been able to give those names and numbers PRIOR to the start of the reservation, I wouldn't have spent 30 minutes in the parking lot, waiting for UHAUL to make contact with these people, on a Saturday morning, When I finally got through the vetting process, the van that I rented only had 3/8 of a tank of gas in it. Considering that the reservation was for 6 hours and UHAUL's policy was to NOT reimburse for overages of gasoline; I didn't have time to worry about running out of gas just to make sure my refill did not exceed 3/8 of a tank. Starting with a reservation, with a need to fill up the gas tank is not ideal. I would have preferred to start the reservation with a full tank and once I finished, I could have easily just filled it back up. This was not a great first experience.

DAVIDTHOMAS L.I did realize I needed to but more gas on until I got back to the drop off and had to leave to put more in. It's probably in the details but I missed it. I would make it more prominent if you can. Otherwise it was easy to use the mobile chek in /check out.

Bakiet N.I reserved the truck for 7AM using 24/7. They didn't have it ready. I had to wait until 8:00 when they opened They first told me I didn't have a reservation until I showed them my order. An hour and half after my scheduled time I was on the road. That made me extremely tight on time for what I needed the truck for. I have yet to see 24/7 actually work.

MICHAEL G.No employees at Wit's wore masks! During a COVID this is unacceptable. Also, Uhaul lost my reservation, although that probably was Wit's fault too because I called them to change my reservation. Using Wit's was a bad experience.

JOSEA P.This was not my scheduled pickup location and was an hour away from my home. I was notified of this change the day before pickup. My movers had to be rescheduled to come a day later which also caused me problems in returning the vehicle on time. I had already made hotel arrangements as well. Everything was affected by one last minute change you made on my pickup location. Please don't allow pickup locations to change last minute if at all possible. It creates terrible problems in scheduling for the customer.
