I would recommend this location only if looks more visible, from the outside of whole parking lot. I had to do unnecessary turns because of lack of signs or posters of this business. I also wasn't satisfied with my waiting time while I was outside of this location they opened at 11:00am I arrived there about 10:00am. staff was very helpful when they Attended me. My reservation was moved to an earlier date meaning i had to use more than one card to pay for ly u-haul. The guy that helped us told me i was able to use the card and was able to fo this with my transaction. When we got there someone else helped us and we werent able to use 3 cards. I confronted the man that we spoke to on the phone and he said that he didn't tell us this. So since we didn't have enough money we werent able to pay for insurance. When i asked him if we can get it later he assured us that he we can get it on the friday when i was able to get it to just call u-haul customer service. When i called customer service they told he he lied and that i wasn't able to get the insurance. If i had just payed for everything at my original uhaul location and reservation date i would have had enough funds to pay for everything instead of rusk my trip without the insurance we planned to purchase. I was told that the district manager of that location would get in touch withe and its been a week and haven't heard anything from him.Luis P.
They didn't provide drop off address and instructions. They said U-Haul will call, but it is very inconvenient to wait for someone's call when you are moving your whole house especially when you don't know when they might call, so I missed the call which is my mistake for not hearing my phone, but I think all the options of drop off could have been provided when I picked up the truck. When I check out the rental as a guest, there is no way for me to log into my account to look up how to return my truck on the U-Haul app. Then when I try to open an account using my phone number or email, it won't let me create an account for some reason. I hate reviews but whatever.Dush D.

Not sure where all these reviews come from; But if he told you to wait because he has another small business to run. Let him. You do know they only make like $8 something and change on a rental right? Versus his bicycle business. Small business right now are hurting and for you to leave a review like that you really must have bad compassion and understanding. Willy and his family are the absolute best. Such a beautiful thing to see a small business like this thrive for all these years. I have been a long term customer and have been here since they opened 20 years ago. Keep up the good work guys! Owner and daughter were very kind. Not too sure if all these negative reviews on here are for the right dealer but I had no issues. The young lady even helped me uploaded my license pictures. Since i am not too tech savvy. Overall great place. Will be renting from them again soon.EDWARD W.
The store owner was late opening up, did not open until 11:20am. I introduced myself explaining I was there to pick up a truck. Before I can get to the details he shut me down by saying g that he does not have a connection with the U-Haul system, adding that he was on the phone withâ€them for an hour already, that I would have to come back after 1:00pm because he was â€œhoping it would be up then!â€ I asked him if I called them because I had just got off the phone with U-Haul. He said that I could try but he can not do anything about releasing a truck. I had been dropped off away from my home of 16 miles, I told him that and he had no interest trying to help me in anyway. (He was rushing to open his bike store which was obvious to me his priority) I tried showing him my reservation code wihich I May add I made about a month prior to the pick up date. Once he realized I had a reservation he said â€œwell you should have told me that from the beginning!â€ My experience with him was unbelievable, I arrived at the location at 10:30am, waiting so that I can get on with my day because I had to load my hired movers at $55.00 an hour., I had left for 5 minutes to a take out place right next door because I had to use the bathroom around 10:35 am. Upon my return there was a customer whom was there waiting to see the bike owner to fix his bike. Because my issue at the time was un-resolvable. He took care of that customer first, that customer took about 40 minutes untill they finally walked out the door. I was not checked out and on my way until @12:00pm Putting me an hour behind. I scheduled my movers to come at 11:30am, and were paid while I was waiting for my truck a half an hour away from my move site. The experience was very frustrating as I had a U-Hall â€œrepresentativeâ€ unable to communicate with me properly, while not taking any accountability for his rush to position himself as a â€œunable to help you at this timeâ€ set mentality. I remained cordial a d polite the entire time, while burning up inside knowing that I had absolutely no power in this arraignment. I would never ever suggest that anyone go to this establishment to rent, pickup, or do any business related to U-Haul. It was obvious that his priority was to manage is bike shop put all other business in the back burner.RAUL C.

I got charged twice first was for the total agreed on the receipt of the day I rented the uhaul and the second time I got charged was 3 days later for additional 58 dollars when I returned it exactly how I had gotten it. Never going back there again.GABRIELA C.
The drop off was online, pretty easy to do. Taking a few pictures, park in a good spot, drop keys in the box. The shop staff arrived as we were leaving and made sure they new the 26' was in the back parked taking up 4-5 parking stalls. They said everything was fine, asked if all was well with the truck and wished us a good dayKALISHA W.

Great experience! Went to another place in Glenoaks and they were so rude. They didn't give me the time of day. So looked up on google to see what other places are close by and found a place called Willy's Bikes... The owner and his family are so nice, and honest. The lady who answered the phone was so sweet and nice. She was awesome! I needed a truck asap and she took care of it. And told me all about process and the fees; Which I don't know why uhaul doesn't post it on the website. There is people still thinking it's only $19.95 haha. Can't believe people will leave reviews like this. I was actually behind a customer to make a reservation and the recent review sounded familiar...complete opposite of what went down......But I am not in no place to say....but that is wrong. It is so hard to find honest businesses now a days. And Willy's Bikes is the one! Keep thriving guys!Hector G.
The staff at Mike's bike was most helpful and made everything extremely easy, thank you. Would definitely rent from here again. One recommendation is to make it more clear that the rental is located inside Mike's Bike because it took me a long time to find it.Mei-Cheng C.
The guy in the store tried to double the prices of the rental because they thought they could swindle us. Then when i told him that the rental was reserved he said that there was a promotion he wasn't aware of trying to lie about it. He was very rude and when confronted about trying to make up his own prices grew became very upset and aggressive with hours attitude.Manuel G.

Amazing Location! The young lady and Willy have amazing customer service. She helped me find the right size truck for my move .Everything fit! It was a big game of Tetris like she said it will. I can't believe people would be so mean and leave reviews like this. They are the most kindest people and it was the easiest rental I have ever done with UHAUL. The other place didn't have my truck. The girl on the phone recommended a truck that was too small for my item. (Trying to move a spa). I gave her measurements and she confirmed the size. Also confirmed 2 dollys that were unavailable when I arrived. Was unable to move yesterday. Returned the truck in less than an hourSherri C.

Owner opened late. He did have truck ready when paperwork was completed but I needed to clean windshield. Owner told me there was no way I could make my destination with only 1/4 tank of gas and to put a lot more gas to make my destination. Ended up with 5/8 tank of gas. 1/2 tank gas too much.Barry M.
I have never been treated so poorly disrespectfully buy Merchant my entire life. I walked into the Willy's bikes to pick up a trailer I was covered in grease because I've been working on the same vehicle I intended to tow to Phoenix. I was wearing old clothes because I was working on an old vehicle. I was treated as if I were a bum walking off the street. They were rude told me my debit card was a gift card I showed in my bank account on my phone they didn't care. The owner of the bike shop which also is a U-Haul center in San Fernando told me that it's a gift card as a prepaid card will get your card and put it right in my face and I had to tell him to remove it from my face. You machine would not accept my card according to them they were posting my card everywhere. I went and got my fiance came back when she use her card they said her card didn't come back right either but they did some things to make it work unlike mine. When they posted her payment my card was charged $306 and hers was charged $86. This came out to $392 which the receipt didn't show the receipt showed $341. Once I got the Phoenix and the Uhaul owned operation and 6600 West Bell they were much more professional and remedy of the money problem. And I'm certainly thinking about never using Uhaul again after being a customer since the early 70s having used U-Haul over the years for many things. Trailer was very dirty, The ratchets for the wheel hold downs were in need of lube-service, very rusty. The owner changed my rental price at the last minute. I had to chase both pieces of equipment. 26' truck and transport. Both were not available together or at the place I made reservation. Then I was told to return equipment to different places other than Anthem, AZ location. My storage unit is in Anthem, AZ with Uhaul. I was able to work that out. No one and I mean no one in California does their job-period. Everyone in Arizona is on the money. I put up with chasing the equipment because after 61 years I had enough of the complete lack of effort to their jobs by anyone in the California population. As for the Trailer price. I can't think of anything. I was helped immediately, given full attention, and he was very thorough making sure the trailer I rented was secure and everything fully functional. He also made sure I had all the accessory equipment I rented and went through everything with me. Great experience!Karl F.
