The location was close to us & staff was very helpful since I had to push my pick up time back twice. The van road very smooth but the van was very dirty in the front, wet in the back & smelled like smoke.

Steven HExhaust leak was so bad that it gave my friend that helped me a severe migraine. When he reported this at the location they jist said "Oh Really?". The truck also only had 3/8 of tank in gas when my friend picked it up.

Laura ZVery easy to pick up and drop off. Rented a cargo van for the day. I had a fairly new RAM Promaster and it did the job well. Only have two minor concerns.... I had to do a once-over on the windows, mirrors and dash. Probably the first time they were cleaned since new. Also, strong smell of cigarette smoke. Other than that, everything went well. The guys at the store were great and informative. I'll be back.

Lakida MThis was the third location I had to visit in order to make this rental happen. It handled the rental reasonably. However, the truck was absolutely filthy inside and had the stench of cigarette smoke like a bar at closing time. Soda was spilled all over the cup holders and floor. I would not let any other family member ride inside it was so awful. This truck drove so poorly on the highway I thought the wheels were coming off. It had over 90k miles on it and would be surprised if it had any major maintenance done. If this is the truck they would have rented me to do a non-local move, I would have taken it back. Lucky I only had to drive it about 20 miles. Overall, the experience for this rental was horrendous.
