Karen sOur original pick up was supposed to be in Veedersburg, IN. When we got there the place was closed, and the truck was locked behind a gate. It took us over 45 minutes to get a hold of someone from U haul. The gal we spoke with was very understanding an did find us another truck, but it was over 30 miles away (not her fault). We wasted over 4 hours playing around trying to get a truck. I would not recommend the Veedersberg uHaul to anyone! I have to rent another truck this Saturday. My son will be picking it up in Merrillville, IN. I just hope we don't have the same problems again.
Joseph WEngine light was on the entire time. But the most painful part was picking up the moving van after hours and having to use the mobile device to get the key. If I can help it I will NEVER go through that again.
Charles GMy wife picked up the trailer from here and it is terrible that since they did not have a received they sold her an old used rusty one for $15. I think they possibly took advantage of her because she was a women and needed the trailer immediately.

John GI was surprised I had to bring the trailer back to the original place I picked it up. I had to drive 50 miles out of my way to take it back. I never had to do that before. I was always able to drop it off at a closer location of my destination. That was very disappointing!
