Truck had to be picked up 45 miles away from the location I reserved a month in advance. Then the location changed again days before. The day I was to pick the truck up a separate location called and asked if I was coming to pick the truck up. I had to inform them that they didn't have the truck I needed in their lot…..a revelation to the caller. I wasted 2.5 valuable hours the day I was to be loading the truck, driving around Pennsylvania trying to secure the truck I reserved a month in advance. To add insult to injury I get charged for the 45 miles I had to travel to pick up the truck I reserved for a location half a mile for me. I even stopped by the location where I reserved the truck a week in advance to check on my reservation. During that encounter the snarly agent rebuffed my query when presented a confirmation number "that does me no good". What's the point of having all of this involved reservation information/process if a confirmation number is if no value? The whole experience made a stressful time more stressful. The dropping off process yielded a "so what do you want from me"? response when I informed the location that I needed the truck for more than a day……another detail that I couldn't seem to make anyone understand. I called in advance to inform uhaul that the truck was needed for more than one day. When I picked the truck up I was told "uhaul says that for x miles you only need the truck for a day. Again, a phone call to uhaul resulted in a snarky retort only informing me that "it's $40 a day if you want to keep it". My efforts to make a truck reservation well in advance were rebuffed at every turn, and he agents were clueless and unable/unwilling to help. The stress and anger caused by this fiasco were punctuated with a bill that included extra miles charged and a filthy truck. Thanks for nothing.

The location was not well maintained. The employee there was rude as heck. No smile no sincere gratitude and I felt discriminated because I'm Hispanic. The employee was not friendly at all he haa a really mean face towards me

location was fine. when i called to inquire about a vehicle, man on phone said they did not have it - i checked online and the vehicle i wanted was available and ready to rent there. vehicle was clean and pick-up/drop-off went smoothly. customer service was not overtly friendly, but got the job done. a decent location if you know what you want and reserve it online ahead of time.

The truck had no air conditioning and there was a whole fleet of others we could have used that weren't given to us. Very disappointing and will not be returning back to using U-Haul. I want my money back. This happened with the last truck we had to. Nothing was done.

I ordered an appliance dolly with my truck, after checking the truck I saw there wasn't one. The person working didn't make me aware of this, but he was aware when I came back inside that there wasn't one in there. He just said oh yeah we don't have that, "just use a regular dolly" he said. I made him aware it wasn't safe to use that to move a refrigerator, he stared at me until I looked away. He wouldn't give me a number to call other U-Hauls to get one, he said he didn't know any numbers. He said I could cancel the truck since it wasn't any good to me considering I was moving a refrigerator, but he said he'd still have charge for it. I had to call myself to find one and then use the truck and add miles to get one and return it to another center. The worker never looked over the truck with me. I went to Mundy Street location to get the dolly, I worked with Corey there, he was MORE than helpful, he understood my frustration and went above and beyond to help me. I wish I had ordered the truck from this location. I spoke to someone in customer service on Sunday to see if I could get the charges of driving to another location or anything removed from my bill, considering this took 2 hours of my rental time to figure out, and she was supposed to get back to me on 06-26-2023 but she hasn't as of yet. She told me to email her which I did do, but haven't heard back.

The office was closed and you had to call a number listed on the door in order to get assistance. We had to go back home to get our phone and then had to wait for the person to arrive. It is very inconvenient.

Clerk was nasty, farting while with customers, rude and unprofessional. The moving truck was dirty in and out. The location was hidden behind a warehouse, and signs were not clearly marked on where to go. The location has the same addresses as 4 other business, and you have to guess which one might be Uhaul, before driving to the rear of the building and trying to locate a tiny sign under a loading dock. Overall terrible experience here, never again!

When I placed my order, I made certain the pickup location and dropoff location were correct. However, the night before I returned the truck I verified my return location only to see that U-Haul changed my dropoff location to the pickup location--ONE THOUSAND MILES AWAY. Good thing I kept records of EVERYTHING. Take photos and videos before and after you drop off the truck, too, because you never know what might happen. Also, the lock on the back of the truck was broken so I had to buy my own in order to secure my things. Major annoyance and inconvenience. Also, the tie-down for the appliance dolly [which I rented] was also broken so I had to secure it with a wrench handle to keep it from rolling around loose while driving. Another annoyance and inconvenience. A few days before pickup, I confirmed the appliance dolly and moving blankets would be in stock [because previously I'd ordered things and they weren't in stock on moving day]. Overall good experience. No frills.

Software: it would have been helpful to know that 4 additional items were needed to verify/complete mobile pickup. Also-I forgot to document starting fuel & mileage & couldn't find these details in reservation prior to returning & refueling truck. The whole Mobile Pickup was awesome. Thanks so much.

Mice were a big issue. My storage unit was destroyed by mice and filled with mice feces. Trash was left everywhere around the facility. Staff was very nice, though.
