Debby went out of her way to accommodate my pick up time. Then she made every effort to make sure the truck was operational, cleared of snow, and the locks and doors were deiced. Exceptional, friendly, courteous service!

MIKE SThe manager at this location was extremely rude! She went as far as yelling at me on the phone and got right up in my face at the store! I'll never do business with this location again! I'd even think about going with another supplier after this experience!

LUANNE JWhen I booked the reservation it told me to drop off in Colby and provided an address then when I logged into uhaul to return it, it gave me a Abbotsford address to drop off at. Very frustrating.
ALLISON GMaybe not suggest calling ahead of time? Instead, indicating where to park or leave the equipment and then direct folks to throw keys in the locked box at the front.

john sI asked and order pick-up to be in Medford, WI. The only way I found out it was 30 miles away was because I called to confirm my order. Russ's Auto, where I wanted to pick up the trailer, confirmed they did not have my order. You, the customer have to go to where the trailer is located.. U-Haul will NOT bring the trailer to you. They will call you the day before scheduled pick-up and tell you where to pick it up. Why allow me to selected a pick-up location if you're not going to honor it. When I called they gave me an extra day to return the trailer which I didn't need at all.
Marsha NEverything was great except the traffic department at Uhaul in Eufaula,AL. They are the worst and most unhelpful group of people. They completely messed up my trip. But thinks to the wonderful lady in Valdosta Ga Uhaul on Oak Street. she went above and beyond to fix the problems that Eufaula AL uhaul caused.

Mark FShe was very nice and helpful but the trailer had a bald tire. I had to run the trailer back to the Schofield location that was originally the scheduled location for pickup and get the tire changed. The Schofield location was awesome to me, there was a service manager from Appleton WI that changed the tire on the spot and got me on my way.

Mike ZThe check engine light was on but I was assured it was ok. The truck ran very rough and would not accelerate well without loud rattle from engine - Thank goodness I did not have far to go. Deb at Wild Rentals was AWESOME!!

Chad VI had to go to 3 different locations one mess up after another from uhaul. This 3rd location got what I needed and helped me very honest and friendly people.

Tabitha DJody and Deb are great to work with. I rent a truck 1 to 2x per month and they make it painless. I never worry about not getting a truck.
SUE MThe trailer floor was dirty when I picked it up. I asked the for a broom and swept it out in about one minute. No big deal. Getting the trailer was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. Everything went just fine.
Mark MWe were BEYOND happy with the service we received from Wild. They picked up our truck the night before because we wanted it at 6am -- then came in early to make that happen. Quick, friendly, and above/beyond our expectations!

Sue MTow dolly had a crack in the wheel cover and was not discussed before I returned it. Thankfully there was a sticker to notify that it was damaged previously.
Tom WThe latch on the back was bent so you couldn't relock it. We had to bungee cord it down. You could see someone had hit it before. The service was great. The lady was so nice and explained everything.
Jackie WYour equipment broke down in Topeka Kansas. I could not wait for roadside assistance so I called a local company to help me out. You should have your equipment better maintained. I have incurred an $86 bill and I want to be reimbursed. This break down caused me to have a Major anxiety attack.
Patsy KWe have rented trailers twice from this location. This is our preferred pickup around the Marshfield area. We are renting a truck this weekend and I will drive a little farther and use this location for the service and open Saturday mornings.
Sandra CBusiness hours are listed as open until 4 PM. I arrived at 3:30 PM but the off ice was locked. I was unable to complete the online return with the app, the wi fi reception was minimal. The app kept locking up before I could finish the return process.

Randy SI had to hook the trailer up without any involvement of the agent, which has never been my experience with Uhaul. I was told that I had to sweep it out before returning, which I did, but there was a good amount of snow in the unit when I opened it. Overall, I was underwhelmed by this rental.
