I don't feel it was this locations fault more of a fault of uhaul, but I had reserved a 26 ft truck and was given a 20ft truck with no notice of change. No email no phone call or any type of communication as to why my reservation would have changed. Upon filling the 20ft truck and running out of room I had to rent another I haul trailer to accommodate. 1800 uhaul at the time, didn't take responsibility for there mishap and I had to pay for a second trailer rental. It took me four days of calling to get a resolution for this. So yes it has since been corrected but no with out more frustration and chaos. It just seems if your going to change a reservation your company should send some type of notice so your customer can make additional arrangement ahead of time. Moving isn't the highlight of anyone life let's face it but having uhaul complicated it every step of the way didn't make it any better.Candice N.

Our cargo trailer was terrible it had a broken latch on inside that if you didn't watch out it would come down on you while you were loading it was greasy and dirty inside and where you tighten trailer Down on your ball was broken it was worse trailer I have ever rented from your company.SCOTT H.

Ensure that the roll up door (springs for it) are not so tight that it is hard to get the door down to latch OR to keep it from rolling up inside the top of the trailer where you then have to work with it to get it to come down. Issue was reported at drop off. Assume that it will be fixed.Lee B.

There was a problem processing the reservation. It had Nothing to do with the pickup location....but everything to do with the reservation system. I processed the Early checkin, and everything looked good. But when I went to pick up dolly...it was like I never checked in. I had to give ALL the information all over again. Exasporating.PETE M.
