A bigger U-Haul sign outside the premises would be helpful. When I returned the Moving Van and Car Carrier, I did not know where to park the vehicle. When towing a car carrier, you need to be careful so that you don't turn down a dead-end street or end up having to back up a trailer.
ALAN DOLLDanny was a Great help in every way possible. He was always there to help. He answered all my questions and even helped my sister with her rental as well. Excellent service and so very friendly. Thank You, Danny!

dana allamonI don’t feel it was this locations fault more of a fault of uhaul, but I had reserved a 26 ft truck and was given a 20ft truck with no notice of change. No email no phone call or any type of communication as to why my reservation would have changed. Upon filling the 20ft truck and running out of room I had to rent another I haul trailer to accommodate. 1800 uhaul at the time, didn’t take responsibility for there mishap and I had to pay for a second trailer rental. It took me four days of calling to get a resolution for this. So yes it has since been corrected but no with out more frustration and chaos. It just seems if your going to change a reservation your company should send some type of notice so your customer can make additional arrangement ahead of time. Moving isn’t the highlight of anyone life let’s face it but having uhaul complicated it every step of the way didn’t make it any better.
