Lots of space to park. Truck bed is as clean as it was when we got it- not sure how to say that in return process.

There were no humans there to help get the key. Also the only way we got there code was through livechat. It was very unprofessional and my key arrived 2 hours late.

Aliah KHave your company to clean inside the cab and inside the back as well. It's look like someone spill coffee or soda in it and it wasn't clean under the foot paper on the driver side.
Carolyn RMy sister and husband went to pick up. No help. No dolly (which we needed desperately). The location and truck we were to pick up at changed several times. We ended up with a 20ft rather than 10 ft...I’m sure much more gas needed. And I wasn’t able to navigate the website to get a 4 digit code very easily. I did get a text saying I hadn’t finished my registration. You can provide SERVICE.

Robin DThere was a lot of confusion with returning the U-haul. The 2 locations wasn't communicating very well. Though the finally got things worked out with getting the U-haul to the right location. I originally was told to leave at the Mid-Gard storage location. Then there was some confusion about it but they got it worked out in the end.
Diana HI reserved unit online with a one-way drop off from woodruff, sc to Lexington, sc. When I reserved it said I got 114 miles with 2 extra days, unfortunately when I dropped the unit off, they have charged me for going over 86 miles, and charged me for two extra days! I am very u happy and dissatisfied with this company, and will be renting from elsewhere from now on!
