I was told on the phone by someone at this location, prior to renting the trailer that if I returned it early the rental charge would be prorated for the actual time I had the trailer. I rushed to return it a full day early and was told by William in customer service that there would be no credit for the early return.

The store was closed. So I had to go to the U-Haul store in front to know what's happen. They called U-Haul home and they said the guy is coming soon, he as a emergency. But it's was to drive his son to the baseball game. So I had to wait until he arrived, it put me later on my way back to Canada....

The manager left the location but didn't leave the keys for the vechicles I had to wait there for 30 minutes then drive across the street because someone on the property told me they had the keys just to go over there to find out they didn't an there was another person waiting even before me. So then I had to drive back to Thai location and wait another 20 minutes for the manager to show up to get the keys and he didn't even say sorry for the wait or anything. Not very good for business

The equipment was very dirty inside, and still had an item in the storage unit from the previous use. Equipment operated soundly, but needed a very good cleaning.

Rusty tow Dolly, ramps sticking, one chain shorter than the other. Engine made annoying, one strap twisted into itself. Guy was helpful, knowledgeable, but he was alone with cust on hold, one waiting in office and it was a 60-70 yard walk each way several times to do paperwork and hookup. He did explain all safety features and hookup. The other place, (yes, two separate transactions at two different locations), did not go over much of anything. And finally when I dropped the truck off they charged me another $50.87 for something. Since it wasn't on their receipt. So I sent an email inquiry to which I have had no response. I did call an hour before it was due to ask if an hour later was okay, I was told I could bring it an hour later. I did just spend nearly $1200. Actually after going through this again, I will reevaluate my initial rating.

Communication is key! No one took a minute to inform.me that my reserved truck was not available. Due to your low inventory of trucks in the area, I was made to drive 24 mins out of the way to get the truck, to then find out the truck wasn't there. Additionally, when I left, I was called back 1 hour later and told if I didn't pick up by noon I would lose my opportunity to rent the truck. The place wanted to close early so they could go Christmas shopping. Basically, I lost my entire morning, because uhaul dont care to communicate with their customers.

I was charged a $25 cleaning fee for a little bit of sand on the floorboard of the cab. I have rented over 100 trucks in the last couple of years and have NEVER EVER been charged a "cleaning fee". I ALWAYS clean the bed and the front and I am beyond myself that I was charged this stupid fee for NO reason

Cycle equipment for Inspections by a Uhaul Company Rep. who has a vested interest in your company name. Walking the truck for damage is a must I understand from the customer but some things are not found until after you start to use the equipment. As a customer I assume your locations are doing a check list from Uhaul. After leaving your location and and loading your truck and auto transport. Here is what I found: Auto transport - fender you lower to exit your vehicle after loading was wire tied on instead of replacing the bolts. As the fender was not seated correctly my door would touch the top of the fender frame unless I pushed it down. Truck - Tire was out of balance but only noticed after hitting the highway after loading. After drop off at Jaber's Pharmacy. It was noticed that there was a spot on one of the tires of the auto transport where the tread had come off. The lady checking it in made a note and was taking it out of service for her manager to look at. Maybe you already do but have your drop off location's complete a check list before your equipment is put back in service.

It sucked !!!!! had to wait 2 hours for my reserved car dolly then they wanted 3 people to sign for it. If I didn't need to pick up my sister in laws car that day I would of walked out .... I used it for about 1 hour and a half and it took longer to sign it out and then sign it back in .. NEVER AGAIN I will get a tow truck or spend 2800 and buy one before I go through that mess...
