Kelsey H.when we brought the trailer back to unhook, there was no jack available to use to raise the hitch in order to get it unhooked , this created a huge problem. Thankfully we were able to get it unhooked, but not without scratching the bumper, this made a great experience up to that point not so great!

vicki S.I originally requested my uhaul pickup location for Beatrice, NE. Pretty sure Beatrice has atleast 3-4 uhaul locations. I got a call saying all of the 6x12 enclosed trailers were rented out in Beatrice. The uhaul representative told me I could either go to Lincoln or Fairbury to get one. It just would have been nice to get some what of a discount or price reduction for having to drive almost 60 miles out of my way to get a uhaul, when it seems like someone could have had a trailer delivered to Beatrice. It all worked out in the end, but in my opinion the situation could have been handled a little more professionally.

Thomas M.When picking up the trailer, there was no address for drop of until later in the day, I got a text message of an address. Dropping off there wasn't anyone there and no real clear instructions on where to park the trailer. So we just used out best judgment on where they might want it parked.

Daniel N.One fender was cracked but did not affect trailer performance. One of the clips for the safety chain was too small for the hook on my car so I had to buy one. All else good.

linda L.agent was having a bad day and was rude, acted like I was dumb and threw my cr card and DL back at me and quoted wrong price without checking the paper I gave him. Told ;me rates change with states and expected me to pay double over what price quoted online which never changes to my knowledge. But WE calmed down and finally we got thru it. I may be old but I am not stupid. And Customers don't need rudeness from an agent when customer is trying to explain something.

jeffrey J.I am a little confused about the original pickup day. when the reservation was made I left an alternate phone# and e-mail contact info but I did not get message until I got home. the girl told me I would get 2 days free for the messup. The pickup dealer told me the same thing!

PAUL F.We signed the agreement for a 26' truck and the day before it was replaced to a 20' truck. It was not Wheel N Deal's fault. It was u haul's fault. How disappointing it was that you changed trucks at the last minute. Apparently this happens a lot. That is not a way to make customers happy.
Allen H.I came in right before closing. But I would have appreciated a walk through as to unhitching trailer from my pickup. And a little grease on the trailer's coupler would've made things easier! I had to jump on my bumper to disengage it!

BRANNAN C.We ordered a 26 ft truck weeks before our move May 5 and was told several days before our move that it wasn't going to be available. The 20 ft truck was not adequate so our location did rent us a pull behind for $1 which was nice.
