The employee first gave me the wrong vehicle and then gave me a truck with broken windshield wipers. I asked to have them fixed and she just put the wiper back on and said it was fixed. Part way through my drive it started pouring and I turned the windshield wipers on only for them to break and leave me with absolutely no way to see where I was going. It was a nightmare.

The location is a gas station with a hectic flow it seems. They weren’t able to take payment right away and tried to do it multiple times before switching to a mobile device. ROBERTO DELGADOThe area is extremely congested, you can’t even exit the premises without having to wait over 20 minutes for people to finish filling up industrial 18 wheel trucks. There is no space, not even a parking lot, it’s literally a gas station in the middle of little Havana.

The staff was VERY NICE but it was definitely a run down area with houseless folks soliciting behind the station and a very complicated parking situation for the uhaul. Again, the guy who helped us was incredibly nice. Wouldn’t come here as a family though.

Ricardo LopezI was rented a 26' truck with 4 nearly bald rear tires. I sent in a message stating this but I didnt have another vehicle available. The only response i received was a message with the co tact number for roadside services. I found out that even though i messaged that the truck had bald tires it was still scheduled to be given to another one way trip customer going to Indiana. Fortunately i showed the tires to the folks where i returned the truck and they said they would remove the truck from its scheduled trip.

I made the mistake of not documenting the mileage and pictures of the van I took when I left the facility. After returned the van I was charged more because the person that used the van that was in my reservation drove more than a 100 miles

MARK POTEETThe location is a gas station so when the back is full of Uhaul trucks there is no we’re to park I find an open space and as soon as I walk in I get told in a very hostile way I cannot park there and to find another spot, I cooperate and ask where the truck should be parked every spot they mentioned was already taken… I tell them that and them I am told to park it across the street I park the truck so that I am not in the road and once I go back in you guessed it I’m berated by the people inside that I cannot park there. I then tell them to park it themselves but nope they tell me to move it again at this point I’m visibly upset but I ask where to and they point again to another spot…. I go back outside move the truck come inside and finally all set. My problem with this is if you can’t handle running a Uhaul and a gas station either hire more employees or stop running a Uhaul. I wish I could leave a worse review than 1 star they’re attitude and snarkiness was horrible and not to mention the service.

edda aponteWhen I got the trailer to my home to load I noticed the right front tire looked visible low.I got my tire gage to check.It had zero air pressure,and I mean 0 . I checked the others and found the left rear tire had 28psi.both of the others had the prescribed 65psi. In your sales information you did not mention there’s no ramp,even though there’s information poster on the inside wall telling how to deploy it.Also there’s no tongue jack meaning a very heavy lift off and on in order to remove it so we could load my pickup with very heavy stuff up a ramp .I feel as if you put my life in jeopardy with the low tires.Just think what could’ve happened on my 300 mile journey had I not checked.The other items, the ramp and the tongue lift is a poor business decision if not outright neglect for the clients safety.It took almost 30 minutes for the paperwork.And I’m registered with my card on file.
