Super service !
Laurie OSeats were not comfortable. Cruise control kept kicking off after hitting a bump. Anti-skid warning came on after hitting a bump. After short climb uphill, 'check engine light flickered 8-10 times and then went off. Windshield on inside cleaned with an oily rag OR film on windshield from vinyl interior burnoff. Need gas cap chain/cable. Gas mileage was 5.1 to 6.8 mpg; more realistic than what we were told (10 mpg+) (We did have windy conditions one day).

Scott CThe tires on the truck were so bad it rained a little bit while traveling and I hydroplaned in a 26’ uhaul on the backroads of Wisconsin and almost ended up in the ditch. If I wasn’t used to driving a box truck it might have ended a lot different! The air conditioning didn’t work at all and it was 90° outside today. The building I rented the truck in was also not air conditioned and it was horrible and gross in there. The guy was nice enough I guess. Not much better than the one I used a couple of years ago in Wausau. That one was terrible too. The woman just sat there with her feet up and there was so many people in line and it took them forever. Do better!
JAMIE MAgain I was given a drop location and when we got there they said wrong location. After they called corporate we were instructed to go back the way we came 30+ miles to another drop location. I feel like we paid for the privilege of moving their equipment around for them.

Jody MI understand this is a used truck 151000 miles. my recommendation is to get the rattles and the door seals fixed. sounds like you in a wind tunnel on the highway. Overalll truck did what it needed to do but i only drove it 264 miles. If I was going 500 miles or more this would have been tough. Great local vehicle not good for long haul.
Craig OChecked my truck in hours late (I had to call) so got charged for a second day. Got charged twice and also twice the mileage I actually traveled. Guy talked to said he'd make a call and call me back, never called back. Was charged an extra $111 for no reason!!

Scott JOnly problem I had is returned trailer to get my refund $75 and they did not give me my cash back instead I have to wait until they decide to send me a check. Not happy with that at all.
Danny UThe front tires were very worn out. No tread on the inside of them. Very little on the outside. Obviously out of alignment. I felt that I could have a blow out at any minute. The truck jumped and wobbled the entire ride. It was hair raising. Have the tires changed and the front end aligned.

Tammie OWhen I rented the auto transport I was to drop it at the UHaul dealer in Antigo, Wi. That is only 15 minutes from my house. UHaul contacted my wife and informed us that I had to drop the trailer in Merrill, Wi. That is 45 minutes from my house. At $4.00/gallon for gas and the extra time it took to deliver it, I was very dissatisfied. I feel UHaul owes my a credit of at least $50.00 on my order for the extra gas and inconvenience. Mark RTruck was on empty when I picked it up. There was old damage to the side of the truck which caused my items to get wet due to rain. Poor customer service also
