Again, the issue is with "U Haul", I was charged additional ~$7 for milage. Route was directed with pickup on route and drop-off 3km from destination. Felt like a nickel and dime grab after having been given a quote and not varying on the route, Drop off location was convenient and easily accessable.John S.

I had to go thru 3 different dealers to get the trailer I originally was guaranteed according to your website. Then I had to call Uhaul to get help. The employee on the other end of the line told me you can't rely on the website. I couldn't believe when a Uhaul employee basically admitted that your system sucks and can't be relied on. I will explore other options before I use Uhaul again. However the employee at the Woodstock location was good.mark S.

Returned truck and keys. Was then prompted in a text to take photos of the odometer from a truck I dropped the keys off to an hour before. So I'm going to be charged an extra fee because the mobile pickup and drop off is a total garbage system that I'm surprised got released since I had to speak to the people anyway.Kyle K.

Van had front end damage that has gone unrepaired for months, as our company has rented from this location previously. interior of cab could have been cleaned, it was dusty.Blaine K.
Truck would turn when I braked. Renter wasn't pleasant to deal with. Never make this mistake again. Got a 2 day run around you truck is here/there and in reality it wasn't anywhere. Garbage company with garbage customer service. Ever wonder why they're all registered to Arizona? No safety standards there! The windshield was completely frozen and it took me over 40 mins to clean, scrap and warm up the truck before I could begin using it. The windshield was so frozen the wipers would not work. Rendering the truck unsafe to drive. It cut down into my usage of the truck. Maybe warning a customer ahead of time so they can adjust their schedule accordingly would be useful.ARMINDER S.

the check oil light was on and the grill was missing from the front of the truck as well the rad was dented. was charged more than what I agreed to in mileage put on 91 km and was charged for 120. had to find an ice scraper to remove snow and ice off of truck.LINDAM B.

This location would not let me use my debit card to pay the rental he said the U-Haul machine would only accept credit so I had to leave the location and go to my bank and get cash as I use my virtual debit Visa to reserve the rental and he said that he couldn't use my debit to pay for it this caused me to be late for the place that we were moving to. Asked for 8 am pickup but was told that we had to do this online for that hour. Got there at 8 and was told we couldn't get the truck until the place opened at 9. Put us behind an hour before we even started. Nobody came out to do a walk-aound with us. In fact he was on the phone on the phone the whole time he checked us in. On my reservation I booked with out coverage when he did the rental he charged me for it and I didn't realize it untill I read the receipt after it was only 8 but I don't understand why I did the whole reservation it it wasn't followed what I reservedDAVID R.

I rented a van, when i got there the front grill of the van was missing, the whole front of the van was exposed. I was in really need for it , so i took it anyways. I had to extend my rental and When I returned the van the guy on the counter charged a completely different amount to what was told me on the phone. He had no clue of what he was doing , so I reached out to customer service, they forwarded my case to the local uhaul manager, the guy sent me an email so I could explain the situation to him , it's been 3 weeks and he won't answer me . Person at the dealership counter demand for my credit card & he noted down my credit card crucial information. I was not comfortable with that because I already filled self check-in at uhaul.com. He forced me to do this otherwise he said I can't give you the keys. I trust uhaul.com but I can't trust anyone at the dealership. Not any other location demand for credit card like this. So, I don't recommend this location.Pardeep S.
I was charged for gas when I returned it with more gas then told to. They asked me to park on a steep hill because it was a large truck 26ft.Fred C.

Be sure all requested items are there such as blankets as I really needed to have them for the furniture I had moved. Aside from that all was okay. U Haul in general appears to be slipping in customer service. We needed roadside assistance and sat on phone for over an hour or two waiting for someone to answer, ended up looking elsewhere for help. Sadly I may need look to another company if ever needed after all these years.LORI C.

Thank you for messing up our truck rental and changing it from 20 foot to 26 foot and then not bothering to call us or have a truck ready at all. I called the 800 in a panic on the first and waited 40 minutes to not be given any help. We will never rent from or reccomend uhaul to anyone ever again. In fact please don't even bother to contact us. Your attempts will go unanswered; like our truck requests. Pretty bad for a company that sent multiple confirmations over 3 weeks. When I picked up the 10 ft truck i booked the tire was flat. The only other available truck was a 26ft truck that didn't fit where I needed it to, which is why I specifically reserved a 10ft. I asked about the $50 reservation guarantee and was told to ask uhaul. This place is horrible. It was at a slimy motel and All I could smell was someone smoking Crack.William R.

Nothing... experience was 5 star.. I would like to see some frequent user promotional discounts like the other rental companies have. I usually go to elsewhere for the discounts. This is my first time with u-haul and will be back because I am a frequent user and will be here. Thanks U-Haul..Christopher W.
It would be helpful to have a tongue jack on the trailer, as we were unable to park it hooked up overnight where we were, and we had to use our truck jack to lift it off and on the hitch. A tongue jack with a crank would have been so helpful. Not everyone has the strength to work a truck jack, or the know-how. MarieJames L.

No 10' truck so was given a 15 foot truck at no extra charge. Way bigger than I needed. Say you get $50 if your truck isn't there which I did not get. Although a bigger truck seems ok, they are not as fuel efficient so I should get this $50CHRISTOPHER P.

Make sure the lights work on your trailers! We headed out early to go to Kingston, got on the 401 and had no clearance lights. Had to wait till sunrise so we had a bit of light but still not ideal as it was raining. The price we paid was more then the service we received. Not happy at all the lights didn't work.Steven D.

The truck did not ride well on the highway; shaking and pulling to the right. At lower speeds, in town, it was not as noticeable but once we got on the highway it was a rather scary ride to our destination and back. On returning the equipment, the man asked us to park the truck down a fairly steep hill and we refused as we did not have confidence in the truck. My son, who was the driver for most of the trip, explained to the man what he thought the issue might be mechanically so I am assuming you already know those details. The truck was not cleaned since the last renter; I know this because when we first got in the truck there was a coffee cup lid on the seat and when we opened up the back of the truck there was a spilled coffee on the back of the deck. This was both surprising and concerning considering the state of the pandemic. The man running the desk was very nice to deal with and all but I won't be going back to that location to rent any equipment.CYNTHIAA E.
