TAK CMake sure ever vechile is clean to the U-Haul protocol. I broke out in hives because of the debris that was left in my uhaul. I had to clean out a previous persons mess so it wouldn't get all over my furniture.

David GCould not select the closest drop location during reservation process. I then had to wait for your phone lines to open to arrange drop off. Not a fan of that process. I should not have to drive 40 minutes to return when there there are several location within 5-10 minutes of me.

LaPonya MNOTHING! Don't change a thing. When a business is running like a well oiled machine you just let it keep running and doing what it's supposed to be doing. Although in this case you not only have that but it is run by a man who is there who wants to help however he can. He does this not by just saying it, but by the most important way, by his actions. linda hThe business itself is great. The location is messed up because GoogleMaps/Maps sends you to a different place than the actual location. For whatever reason, it is the only way to find it. I am from the town so I drove by a place I remember seeing UHauls and then the business called me back and confirmed. Not that that city is large but UHaul should get the address right on the internet.
