It took about 20 minutes to do the online check out process through mobile app. The worst part was getting the key from lock box, it was hard to open with the code then being short didn't helping reaching it.

When it came time to return the truck, the headache persisted with no information on reservations because as stated above, we got rental without the technological reservation. A new ticket had to be created, along with numerous calls and clarifications AND another monetary transaction that was to be credited as soon as the double was found. It was a frustrating experience but evermore bc of numerous transactions with moving altogether. Hoping U-Haul has better training for their workers in case this time of thing should happen again.

Both tMike, the manager at the Ogden Utah U-Haul, and Ty, the proprietor at Western radiator, were excellent. Ty took responsibility for that dolly and fixed both fenders which is the way it should’ve been done. Parker at the Alameda store was ineffective, defensive, and rude. He shifted the blame to me instead of taking responsibility for sticking me with a lemon. Employees like that ruin a good business.

Nobody wanted to help is. The roads were plugged up with hos cars from his shop. They didn't want to acknowledge me. Then they finally checked me out, everything was perfect. Yet 4 days later I see they somehow charged more money from my account to that radiator business. Wow

I had also reserved an auto transport. I drove 50 miles out of my way. The customer service where I got the auto transport in Hermiston, Or was bad because they made rude comments about me needing assistance and wouldn't answer my questions about the auto transport. I was not aware that they do not help with auto transport. The person in Pendleton that helped me put my car on did not explain very well what was done. My car fender got stuck and ripped off when it got taken off in Portland.

I dropped off the truck using the U-Haul app. It was easy and convenient. An employee just happened to be leaving when I dropped the truck off. He was friendly and made sure to ask how my trip was and if the truck ran good for us.
