This location was great! Equipment was good and ready at appointed time. The app is extremely frustrating. It often didn't work or I'd get halfway through the steps and it would stop working. The reservation was for a location near to my move and the day before I received a call saying the truck would be available 33 miles south of my move. I understand equipment might not be available but the alternative offered was way too far and would have eaten up a lot of my crew time. After 2 calls the rental location was offered which was 5 miles form my location. The woman working was efficient, friendly, prepared and helpful. She was outstanding.

a wonderful experience
Jason HU-Haul needs to shut this location down! It is causing irreparable brand damage. The ordered and paid for supplies were not on hand…never were. The truck had 1 inch of standing water in the front half of the bed. With only 1 person working behind the bulletproof glass in this liquor/lottery/junk food store, no one is able to effectively support U-Haul customers. Horrible experience - I had to hold on the customer support line for 15 mins, being transferred twice, ultimately receiving no help. On my own I located a neighborhood U-Haul vendor 20+ miles away were I again paid for the supplies I already had paid for!

Joshua CYour app & online process need considerable improvements. During booking & drop off, both the website and application gave me issues signing in, staying signed in, and continued to crash whilst clicking through different options. The app is also extremely unintuitive. One of the first things on screen should be the link to the drop off process since you force people to download the app to complete it. We couldn’t even get through the process which was incredibly anxiety inducing not knowing if we did all the things necessary before drop off. It is important to be mindful of that during a time when there are extra fees and charges for everything. When I called support for help, my wait time was HOURS. That’s so unacceptable. You basically aren’t providing service at that point. The only reason this has any stars is because of the polite & timely service at the location, which speaks more to the private owners and employees than u-haul itself.

Jennifer MTheir hours are limited. I forgot to get blankets/mattress bags and had to drive to another location to get them because they closed at 12 on Sunday. They close at 4 during the week. I'd use a location with better hours next time.
