I didn't quite understand the whole text message link for returning the vehicle and the fact I would be charged $20 for a convenience fee if I didn't use the link. I hope that I did it correctly. It doesn't seem quite fair to a customer.

Lot needs more light. It was very challenging to do an after hours rental. I can't recommend this to any single women , felt pretty unsafe. Also more photos would be helpful, like where to find the truck numbers

I didn't have a reservation and was accommodated quickly. The internet was silly with what was available or not so I chose to drive and take a chance. Everyone was really friendly. Drop off was easy but because some large trucks were returned like idiots (parked in the middle of the lot on an angle) I had to drop off away from the other trailers. Great group of people here. I've used this location before and will again.

Very helpful and proactive team. Someone came outside to meet me as I was pulling into the parking lot. They communicated that I would be met shortly by a staff member to help me unhook the trailer. After I was unhooked I was told I could leave unless I wanted a receipt. Everyone was friendly and proactive.
