Why does the location question have a range for responses but the equipment and recommend questions have simply yes/no options? To say the equipment was clean and well maintained as an all or nothing is not helpful to anyone. In 30 years I've never rented a box truck that was clean. The truck worked and did the job but it definitely wasn't clean. Additionally, the online experience provided by U-Haul is terrible and the reservation details visible in my account after the reservation is booked are useless. It makes no sense to me that if the person making a reservation adds an authorized driver, the additional authorized driver becomes the person responsible for the reservation. When I, the person who made the reservation, went to pick up the truck, everything was in the name of the additional authorized driver I added during the reservation process. I can't figure out a scenario where this makes sense.

FELITA CI turned in the truck on Labor Day, so the location was closed. I used the App and took the necessary pictures and completed the turn-in online.

Samantha LOk, first of all the gentleman who checked us out gave us the wrong truck, so we had to take it back which took some time from us and we ha rented a dollie, and we only had the truck for not even 3 hours and didn't even use any gas, and didn't use the miles that was expected. The man said he was giving us a credit and made a new bill for $47.00 , but $70 odd dollars was taken out of my account. So I'm a little confused!!!
VALERIE MEverything went perfectly. Employees Jeremy and Josh really helped me out getting everything squared away. I was having an issue with my taillight connector and they fixed it in no time. It did not matter to them that this was a very inexpensive rental contract (motorcycle trailer). They just wanted a satisfied customer. Friendly, knowledgable service from everyone at Western Landscape. I have used them before and I will keep coming back.

Jamie KStaff was pleasant and efficient. Total time picking up the trailer wasn't more than 15 minutes. One of their staff called 2 days prior to the rental verifying it would be available. This was a good move. I'd return anytime to this location. I'll mention the staff again because they deserve the compliment. Tell them good job.

This specific trailer I rented, you would have to press the brake pedal in the truck almost all the way to the floor Untill the trailer reacted. Other than that. The trailer was good.

Martin PWe had to pick up our truck after office hours which isn't a problem. However, my only complaint would be that the app check in process took over a half hour because nothing was loading very fast, I had to keep going back and forth to my email as the verification codes sent weren't working and sooo much info was needed at the last minute that could've been done prior to pickup. It shaved a half hour off of our time needed of 3 hours, which was more than what we needed for the pickup and delivery and drop,off. We had a 1/2 hr drive to and from the pickup and had to drop off the item in between.p and get gas. We were left with only 10 minutes to spare after all the drop info needed. That was with rushing . It made the process very stressful to avoid more fees. Otherwise, the truck was clean enough and easy to navigate and we would rent again but make sure it was during open hours. A staff member could've made this process faster and less stressful.

Sandra KMy comment is related to the Uhaul app specifically. I've rented a trailer twice in the last month. When I returned my trailer (one-way) in MI, I had issues with the app and taking pictures with my phone. Ultimately, I got a message saying that I was checked in and was on my way. When I returned my trailer yesterday at Western, I could not get the app to allow me to return the trailer. Here's the message I received: Webpage not available. The webpage at https://www.uhaul.com/Auth/SignIn/ could not be loaded because: net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS I was able to log into the website on my phone and return the trailer with no issues.

Arkady DThis was not the location that I rented from. While they were great, it cost me an hour of travel time, gas and extra money to Uber back to pick up my car. Should have been better compensated for my extra time and money than a credit for mileage I didn't even use. Your customer service team is not very good. You also need to rethink your partnership with movinghelp.com Very unhappy with their bidding prices and actual price. Underestimated time and cost on both loading and unloading. If they know how big the truck is and how many bedrooms there are. Be realistic. Double the upfront costs Bullshit!
David ZMy truck pickup was in the evening and the lot had poor lighting which made it hard to inspect the truck for cleanness and condition. The location was very convenient but the online pickup and drop off process was a little confusing and time consuming.
