Orialia FThe location is in a dangerous area in Chicago and the person was not there for me to pickup. They said they would be there in 5mins, but came a half an hour later. It is not a safe area to wait outside for someone to come open the business.
Elizabeth YI got charge for an extra day rate and we returned it the same day. Because the person never registered that we drop it off until 2 days later.
