A small crank up and down lift jack on the tongue would be a help especially for us seniors . I had a 6×12 dual axle and thought it pretty heavy to lift on and off my hitch . Trailer towed great .
paul sThe store needs to stock more (different styles) towing hitches and equipment used for towing. I had to run to a non uhaul local store to get a tow hitch sleeve. Luckily they had it in stock. The straps on the auto transport were seriously dirty and straps were a bit frayed. One side came loose I noticed and had to stop the trip to retighten. The staff (Jessica) was very professional and helpful. A+
Jason DMake sure you tell uhaul that the person never took the equipment so that they will not be charged extra for something they didn't have.

Tonia KMy truck did not include the dolly’s or furniture moving pads that I paid for. Mobile check in is a joke I spent an hour on the phone with customer support to complete the process. I will never use uhaul again.

Gary MMain offices of u haul sent me to THREE different dealers; all very nice.(dealers) Main people sounded young and were very snotty. One all but called me a liter and never apologized when she found out I was right. I will not recommend nor use u haul again if I have to deal with the main office.

BONITA DAfter hours pickup was not set up as promised. I had to call in and luckily corporate hq was able to help! Also furniture dolly and moving blankets were not in truck at time of pickup.
Mercedes BI went to pick up my first reserved Uhaul and the place was closed (Berklry Dprings WV). Another sute in Hancick, Md cane through fir me. They wemt abive and beyond to work out a truck for me.

Will DEFINITELY recommend going to this place for ANYONE who would happen to ask
