The reservation system needs work. There should be a big reservation fee to discourage the cancellations that make reserving a truck impossible. We reserved a UHaul at a certain location for a reason and even prepaid the full amount. We expected to have that truck, but sadly had to drive much further to get a truck.

I've always had negative experiences with u haul. This is the first location where the experience was good from start to finish. Staff was awesome, vehicle was in the condition stated, and the reservation was honored. I will recommend this location to friends and family. I still think u haul sucks but this place has it down.

Great customer service. Easy check in, check out. MAKE SURE YOU VERIFY FUEL LEVEL WITH REP! I WAS TOLD MY TRUCK WAS AT 3/4 AND DIDNT VERIFY. WENT TO FILL BACK UP TO 3/4 AFTER MY MOVE (~13 MILES) AND IT TOOK 18 GALLONS. YEAH SOMETHING WAS OFF THERE.

So i have been going to the pasco uhaul place off of 395 in pasco for years and they always so slow even with only a few costumers. Went to West Richland Rentals and I was in and out down the road in less then 5 mins. Was Awesome service fast and very Kind people. Do It.

Overcharged. Filled up gas tank before dropping off. Mirror on driver side kept closing so had to roll window down leaning forward caused seatbelt to lock. Brakes need service. Was talking to customer service and got disconnected. Please call 509 554 4147 Marie Winchester
