I was charged for the safe trip which I declined online. I believe it was erroneously added by the location staff and I didn't catch the mistake until after. I am unhappy that I was charged nearly $30 for something I intentionally declined.Shaunie M.

Have the vehicle in a place that is easy to access and pull away. I was under the impression when I rented it that I would not have to check in with a person. When I arrived I had to spend time checking the vehicle out with Pierre. He is a nice guy. Yet I still just wanted to get in the vehicle and get my project done.John P.
Someone had spilled a drink on the horn section of the steering wheel. When returning the truck I was told to park in one of the spots by the gate but had no room to park without damage occurring to the rental and van that was parked there. So had to park accross the street.Anthony L.

The guy working - Gary, was extremely rude and told us he won't accept our turn in and he doesn't do one ways even though we picked up from the location the day before and the drop off was the same location. The door was locked, during business ours 3:30/4 pm. He was displeased because his staff was not supposed to accept our truck (pick up day) and instead of being professional and communicating with his staff, he took it out on us.Dallas L.

Be more trusting of your customers. Not allowing me to take/us all the required photos and then use them from my photo album...instead make me wonder through the U-Haul return APP and take photos in real time. Too bad too many attorneys are so scared of so many customers that all customers pay the price. The local rental vendor is excellent.Dean S.

We had a hard time pucking up the truck. This was the second time in a row this happened. When we did the chat, the customer service rep was no help at all and disconnected the chat even thought i continued to text. THE WORST UHAUL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!! They gave me a truck that had problems, I only drove it for 5 miles and the truck kept stalling and turned off on me. The check engine light came on. I felt so unsafe and anxious to drive it and I didn't even get to finish my move. I called to let them know what was going on and they didn't apologize or offer any accommodations!!!! When I returned the truck they said it's not their problem and to call U-haul because it's not "their trucks". They just rent it through them!!! They don't even deserve 1 star. I was charged $300 for a broken truck and one and a half day use.Teresa N.

Be very clear in explaining the return process by adding the instructions to the paperwork. The web link from the QR code did not work, and I did not see the full instructions until I arrived home and dropped the key onto the door slot. Had I not proactively taken photos of the truck and dash at the gas station before returning, I would not have been able to fully complete the return process on the web site.David B.
The online experience leaves a lot to be desired. The last secured section of the account setup doesn't appear to be compatible with Safari, so I had to start over again on my iPhone. Getting the logins/passwords to sync was difficult. The Express Check-in needs to be completed BEFORE you get onsite. That should be communicated clearly. The rig was great and the check out was OK, however the code for the lockbox disappeared on my phone. Fortunately there was someone at the desk.Scott M.

Some one smoked in truck. Residue came through heater vents. App did not work to return truck tried 10 minutes to upload pictures to app, it would not work. Had to go to website to close out rental.Timothy G.
I rented a pickup truck, and it had a known problem, but the attendant rented the truck anyway. You can't fill the gas tank, and gas spills out everywhere. Previous complaints of the same problem, yet no repair was done. Inside of windshield was so dirty, it was a blinding Hazzard at night. Also, the truck idled rough like it had an ignition coil out. I got the feeling that fleet maintenance is non existent. Gave me pause ever renting here again (UHaul or this location).WILLIE S.
